Wonderful Ocean Views Updated 2 BR Admirals Row HH Beach and Tennis. Walk right down to the beach and Admirals Row pool. Covered porch with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the views. Updated kitchen and bathrooms, nice appliances and nice furniture too. Big large flat screen in the living room. King size bed in the master bath and en suite bathroom too. Guest room has two twin beds and access to full bath. Living room has sleeper sofa for guests and kids. What a great location only a few condos from direct oceanfront in Admirals Row. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 115 Admirals Row is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis has several restaurants and oceanfront bar on site. You can use the swimming pool at Admirals Row or go to the very large oceanfront pool in front of the check in building. There are free tennis courts on site too. Easy beach access from the condo, just walk down the steps.

Hilton Head Island offers over 30 golf courses, 200 restaurants, 250 shops, 118 miles of bike paths, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts and 17 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches. Nice condo with great balcony view

Our stay was for a family vacation including our son, DIL and 2 yr old granddaughter. I wanted a unit close to the beach as our DIL was 31 weeks pregnant. This unit, location & layout worked well for our needs. I was very pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked. There were plenty of dishes, knives, silverware & larger glass bowls as well as pots and pans, can opener, strainer, cookie sheet, cheese grater, etc. Also, other vacationers had left behind zip lock bags, cling wrap, salt/pepper and small storage bowls with lids for leftovers. These items were very helpful as we prepared many of our meals in the unit. We are seriously considering a return to this unit next year!

We had a great time. Excellent location right at the beach only a couple minutes walk out the board walk. The kids also enjoyedPlaying pickle ball near by. Place was very nice, lots of extra touches. P playing pickle ball near by.

Spring Break 2024

The condo was clean, modern, and fully equipped with all the necessities for an oceanfront stay. The proximity to the beach was ideal and the resort had additional amenities, such as bike rental; tennis courts; and poolside food/drink options. The only inconvenience we experienced was with the check-in process. The management company required that the check-in packet be picked up on the other end of the island. If this process was changed the experience would have been flawless. Overall, I would recommend staying at this condo.
