No step entry from the driveway into the first floor where the master bedroom, one twin bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and Carolina sunroom are located. Plus, the attached guest house has a TV area for 6-8 and there's a separate Carolina room for those wanting to read a book while others watch TV. The kitchen is sunlit and well equipped and has two sink areas. North Sea Pines 70 comfortably sleeps 14 guests in six spacious bedrooms (2 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Twins, plus one bunk bedroom for young children under 10).

Vehicle Policy: Sea Pines is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a gate pass. Passes are charged per car per week; $17.00 per car per week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
