This was a perfect place to stay for a family trip to Hilton Head. We had four toddlers and four adults and the layout and location was perfect for us. Super close to the beach & a great pool (with complimentary heating!!!). Linda & Jay were excellent communicators, provided everything we needed, and made check in/out a breeze. Would love to come back again :) Only complaint is uncomfortable first floor bed!

Everything as advertised and location is hard to beat

Everything about this was exactly as advertised and the location to get to a great beach is hard to beat. Literally only 3 minutes and you are on the beach and in a private type of area away from the big crowds. They even provided a cooler we could use. Highly recommend renting from them the beach cart, chairs, and umbrellas as part of this. The location in Sea Pines as well is very nice. I do wish for the price we would have been given at least 2 car passes to get into Sea Pines especially for a 4 bedroom house. I had to pay extra for one of them. I would recommend this to anyone.

We’ll be Back! Outstanding Stay

Our stay at Beachwalk Cottage was enjoyed by all & none of us were ready to leave at the end of the week. We arrived to a very clean house that was just as described in the photos and on the website. The layout of the house worked well for us, the beds were comfortable, we appreciated the extra frig downstairs and the screened porch was a favorite spot to relax and eat our meals. Since we were vacationing with our daughter, son-in-law and two year old grandson, we absolutely loved the design of the pool with the large step/shallow end and spent every afternoon cooling off in it. Unless we had chosen to rent an ocean front property, we couldn’t have asked for a better location and shorter walk to the beach. It was so close and we appreciated the fact that we didn’t even have to cross a street to get to the beach. The hosts were very responsive to any communication that we had prior to our arrival and also once we got to the cottage. All in all, it was a great vacation and we hope to come back again next year!

Nice house

Nice house. Clean. Easy walk to beach and the beach club even for young kids. Construction on four of the houses surrounding this rental diminished our enjoyment of the property. Had we known about the construction, we would have rented elsewhere. The pool was great for our family, as it included a ledge that was large enough for our 2 year old to play and still had room for the rest of the kids to swim.

Grea value in Sea Pines

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachwalk Cottage. The proximity to the ocean and beach path being right next to the house were big selling points for us. We loved the screened-in porch and wound up spending a lot of time in there. My husband also loved the fact that all of the TV’s were WiFi equipped, making streaming easy. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the water pressure in the master bath was excellent. We look forward to returning next year!

Heavenly On The Beach

First and second the location was amazing!!! 100 steps to the beach. So close that I was able to get up and watch the sun rises. Then the house was near perfect. Everyone was very comfortable in the kitchen, the bedrooms and the screened in porch where we had our dinners. Everything worked very well. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware, etc. I say it was near perfect because we had a couple of small issues. But wait! One text message and the response was immediate. Thank you Beachside for your great support and excellent communications. Everyone in our group of 5 wants back here. As a side note the bike rentals worked out perfect. They were waiting in the car port when we arrived. Now if you could only help my golf game.

Great spot! All the bedrooms had adjoining bathrooms. Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean house. Great porch to sit on and hear the waves. One house from the beach. Two minute walk. This is the best bang for the buck you will find in Sea Pines. We have already planned to stay here next year.

With some updates this place would be spectacular!

Great, quiet location. Literally 100 steps to the beach (I counted.) Pool is small, but our little ones loved it. House is older and dated, but comfortable, and could be amazing with some updates. Appliances are good and kitchen is well-stocked. (The only item we couldn’t find was a meat thermometer.) Having two living areas was great. Chairs in upstairs living room fall backward easily! Small decks were not usable for us because the balusters/spindles are too far apart and a small child could fall through. Screened porch is very nice. Plenty of parking for our three vehicles. Stephanie and Todd at Beachside HHI were GREAT, easy to work with and quick to reply. We would use them again and stay here again.

Great Get-away

This place was a fantastic find for a family get-away. Things we liked- quiet location not on a busy street, short walk to the beach, large bedrooms each with their own bathroom, open concept kitchen/living room/dining room, lots of cutlery/dishes/cooking utensils, Todd & Stephanie were fantastic hosts (lots of information provided, quick to respond to any inquiries, easy to navigate through everything), Pool was a great size for young children, loved the supplies they provided to get us started (dish washer pods, washing machine pods, toilet paper, kleenex), Things it could use - salt and pepper shakers, a guard rail for the top bunk bed (we had a 2yo, 4yo and 7 yo and they were all afraid to sleep on the top bunk), the Queen size bed/bath is on the main floor, but the rest of the house was upstairs (nothing can be done about this, but something to be aware before booking (we didn't know). Our next vacation we will definitely look into another rental with Todd and Stephanie.

We rented this house for a multigenerational family beach trip and had a great time! The house was very comfortable and had a nice pool, plus it was second row from the beach, making it very easy to cart stuff and young children! Would recommend bringing a baby gate for the stairs if you're bringing small children as they are in the center of the house and aren't closed off, but otherwise, we would recommend this house!

First timers will be back!

We really enjoyed our first trip to Hilton Head. Todd and Stephanie were so attentive and even bumped up the pool heat for the kiddos. We swam, went to the beach, watched sunrises and saw the sights. Perfect location close to everything but tucked back enough to feel private. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed, bedrooms comfortably accommodated our 4 kids and grandparents. Private bathroom for each bedroom was awesome! Internet was spotty but the weather was amazing so didn’t need much time on computers. We will definitely be back!

My family and I have stayed In Sea Pines a number of times over the years. I was disappointed I hadn’t found this house earlier. It is very close to the beach, has wide open areas for families to get together, the pool is very nice. My only complaint (or area of improvement) and it is minor, is the TVs are very small.

We would stay again!

Overall: amazing location, beautiful spacious home, would stay again. Upsides: It really is 1 minute walk to the beach, the pool was just right, the screened porch is gorgeous especially in the morning, the home surfaces were well cleaned with a tiny hint of bleach cleaner still in the air when we arrived (good in the age of COVID), there's a whole library of beach reading (to borrow) in the home, Stephanie and Todd the rental brokers were terrific with communication, and they left us a giant bottle of hand sanitizer and local bread as an arrival present. Downsides were minimal, namely some upgrades to kitchenware would be nice, such as replacing chipped dishes.
