Clean, amazing views, and great location.

The beauty and biodiversity in sea pines is what has our family returning often. This is the third property at Beachside Tennis we have stayed in and absolutely loved it! The beds were comfortable, the property manager had excellent communication and most importantly it was clean! This was a perfect weekend getaway!

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Communication
Great view, but dirty dishes and the bathroom sink would not drain. This biggest issue was that we had NO TV during our 4 night stay!! We missed all of the college bowl games on December 30, 31, January 1 and 2. The property manager could not do anything and everyone else was on vacation. We asked to be moved to another unit, but they said the TV issue did not warrant a move. After numerous phone calls post stay we were credited 125 for our 4 night stay. I am afraid I would never stay at any unit managed by Beach Properties. After 45 years of vacationing on HHI, this was an extremely disappointing stay!

Quiet and Relaxing

Excellent place to relax with beautiful sunsets. A short walk to the beach and bike trails made this a great vacation spot.
