Large Two Bedroom Villa Located Steps From the Pool!

Treat yourself to this beautifully appointed, spacious two-bedroom, three-bathroom end-unit villa, located just steps from the pool in the Water Oak community of Palmetto Dunes. As an end unit, the villa enjoys additional natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

The first floor features the primary suite along with the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The kitchen is well designed with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, and comes fully stocked with all the essentials of home, including a convenient Keurig coffee maker combo. The adjacent dining area is filled with natural light and provides seating for six, making it ideal for gathering over meals.

The living area offers comfortable furnishings, a Smart TV, and sliding door access to your private patio. The primary suite, also located on the first floor, includes a king bed, HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom. The primary bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower, adding a touch of comfort and style.

Upstairs, a cozy seating area on the landing provides a quiet spot to relax with a book. The guest bedroom includes two queen beds, a Smart HDTV, and its own en-suite bathroom. The guest bathroom features an attractive tiled tub and shower combination.

Step outside to your private patio, where a dining table overlooks the Water Oak community pool-a peaceful setting for enjoying meals or simply taking in the surroundings.

Great place to stay!

Online description is right on. A little difficult to find at first but great, quiet location. Easy checkin through the mail ahead of time. At first, the door code didn’t work but called the night contact and they quickly got us in with a new code. The beach is close and walkable but renting bikes made the trip super easy and convenient. Bring a red flashlight if you plan to be at the beach at night. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This place was very nice. It was clean and decorated nice. kitchen was stocked with everything you would need if staying in to cook. Location was within walking distance to beach and outfitters.

Home away from home

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location to the beach was easily walkable. The pool was in the backyard. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed. We will be back.

Pool is literally 10 steps from the back patio!

Great property, wonderful location in Palmetto Dunes. The kids shared the upstairs with their own bathroom, small hangout space and a balcony. The best part is the pool is immediately out the back door and patio area. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and nicely laid out. 5 stars!!

HHI in April

A great time of year to vacation on Hilton Head. Wonderful weather, uncrowded beaches, and great bike trails. Rental has an excellent location, with easy access to trails and the beach.
