HOW FAR TO BEACH: Simply head down the elevator or stairs, cross the private boardwalk, and you'll be on the beach in less than a minute.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of the travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservations policy differs—please inquire. You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive a full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave!! So much so, that we will probably not book outside of Bestnest moving forward. Beverly and team were easily accessible and accommodating and the property was stunning, clean, and had everything you could need (including a cooler for the beach). Don’t even get me started on the details… you enter to a welcome basket with delicious treats, a handwritten note and tons of informative materials. The bathroom uses Kiehl products, so I didn’t even need to pack my shampoo/conditioner. The hairdryer was also high quality, which was so welcome. Truly, it is hard to put into words how happy we were spending the week at 1875 Beachside. We will be back!! Thank you Beverly and team!!
