Ubicada en North Forest Beach, esta casa de la tercera fila está a solo unos pasos de la playa más bonita de la isla, ¡y está a solo un corto paseo a pie o en bicicleta de Coligny Plaza *! Cuando ingrese a esta espaciosa casa, primero se encontrará con una agradable habitación equipada con una cama queen, un sofá cama, televisión y baño completo. Suba las escaleras hasta el nivel principal y recuéstese con su libro favorito en la acogedora sala de Carolina llena de sol o disfrute de una película en la cómoda sala de estar. Los huéspedes también pueden aventurarse fuera del patio desde este nivel para disfrutar del aire libre. Desde aquí, baje unos pasos hasta el área de la piscina para nadar. Disfrute del sol desde una de las muchas tumbonas, o encienda la parrilla y almuerce en la mesa del patio junto a la piscina.

Para esas comidas en el interior, el nivel principal ofrece una gran cocina completa con barra de desayuno. El comedor formal tiene capacidad para 8. La suite principal, también ubicada en este nivel, tiene una cama king-size, televisión con reproductor de VCR / DVD y baño completo. Los huéspedes también pueden acceder al patio desde la suite principal. Dos habitaciones de invitados, junto con una sala de lavandería, completan este piso. This was our second time staying here and it couldn’t have been a better week! The house is a great set up for our group of 4 adults, 3 kids and a dog. Everything was clean when we arrived. So close and convenient to the beach and the pool is delightful. Will be coming back again next year!

Perfect location

Enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the private pool. Kitchen was well stocked and updated. Propane grill was a nice amenity.

Already booked again for next year!

This home was perfect for our family! We had 4 adults, 3 kids and a dog, and there was more than enough space for everyone. Looks exactly as pictured, so clean, bright and spacious. The pool was so enjoyable. Also the location could not have been better. Steps from the beach and a short bike ride over to Coligny. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back again!

Well-equipped and beautiful home!

We so enjoyed our stay at 18 Gannet! It was both spacious and cozy! The pool was so nice, with its little waterfall, and we enjoyed reading in what we called the “observation deck”, the room up the spiral stairs.

Fantastic Location

This place was perfect for our group! Fantastic location (steps from the beach but hidden amongst the amazing ancient trees). The house is nice but has a homey feel; it’s very comfortable with small children. And even though it’s surrounded by other larger properties it feels very secluded (especially the pool area). 2 Thumbs up on this one!

Great location

We had our annual family vacation at 18 Gannet St. The house easily accommodated our party of 11 people. The kitchen could use some tupperware type containers with lids for storing leftovers and maybe some more serving dishes. Most of the lower kitchen cabinets were empty. The pool was great and there was plenty of room at the dining table and in the living room for all of us to eat and relax together. We had a great week.

Great location!

House is quite suitable for a family that needs four bedrooms. The pool was clean, but cold because it is primarily in the shade. The air conditioner in the lower bedroom needs to be updated as it is noisy. Even with the AC off, though, the room was cool during a hot week.

Nice vacation rental

Everything was great! The only disappointment that we had was that the ad from VRBO said that 4 free bike rentals were included with this house. They were not. We got a discounted rate on the bike rentals through Beachside Getaway but they were $100 and because of the ad we had thought they were free.

Family Beach Trip

Over all a very good experience. House is very close and convenient to the beach and to the shopping area in Hilton head. Home had four very usable bedrooms and extra space for inflatable mattresses if needed. Was a little short on some of the kitchen appliances and there was not a good location to store the food that we brought with us. The pantry was locked. Otherwise everything was great and we would stay there again without hesitation. Rental agency very responsive and courteous during our stay. Would give this five stars

GREAT LOC. + FLOOR PLAN

The house is perfect for more than one family and for kids. It’s nice but not “ don’t touch this or that “ nice. In other words, very family friendly. The rooms are separated in a way that allows for plenty of privacy when needed. The kids loved night swimming and loved the lights in the pool . We loved that we could walk from beach to house with ease - wasn’t uncommon for the kids to run back on their own for some forgotten item . This is by far my favorite location on the island. Could the house use some cosmetic upgrades ? Yes. Did it affect our stay ? Not a bit ! Great service from rental company ( THANKS Quinn!). We will be back !

Great pool and beach location

The house suited our family of 9 well with room to spare. The 4 bedrooms easily accommodated the 3 couples and 3 children in our group. We went to the beach and swam in the pool every day and Caligny Square was a short walk or bike ride. Great location.

Overall the home was great! Unfortunately a few rooms carried pesky creatures! Family members woke to bites ranging from 2-6 bites 3-4 nights. Our guess was spider bites being two small punctures in skin surrounded by red raised sore. After a few days of rubbing cortisone on said areas they began to diminish.
