Hilton head beach retreat

Beautiful home . Close to beach . All amenities you need . Beautiful neighborhood . Would definitely stay again . Pool not heated and in a shady area so a bit chilly in October but did not stop us ftom taking a dip . Strongly recommend

Sea Pines Getaway

We had a wonderful time at 1 Merganser Ct in Sea Pines. The home was very clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable and enjoyed the pool after long days on the beach. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to South Beach Marina. We would definitely rent again and recommend this home to others. This rental was a step above others we have stayed in.

Wonderful Property!

The location and home were everything that we could ever want in a vacation. The house was quiet and very clean. If there were any issues, they were responded to right away. The house was stocked with everything that you would need to enjoy yourself and not have to worry about purchasing. Very nice place!

Perfect location

The house was well appointed and just what our family of four adults needed. It had easy access to the beach and the South Beach area. Everything was well maintained, very clean, and comfortable. Best nest makes vacations very easy and relaxing with all that they provide at their rentals. The pool was nice, but if you want it to be warm you may need to have it heated because it is in the shade. When it is overcast it will be a little chilly even in July. Our family would definitely stay here again because the house more than met our needs and provided an enjoyable week at the beach.

It was sparkling clean, furnished tastefully and comfortably, had all the supplies we needed, and was literally across the road from the beach access path. The BestNest staff handled a problem with one of the smoke detectors immediately and accepted a delivery of our dog's medication. We're already planning to return next year!

Perfect for us

We actually rented 2 houses at Seapines during this stay. Both houses were the same price. This house exceeded the other rental by far. The house was exceptionally clean. The pool was the perfect size and felt very private, yet you are one block from Salty Dogs and a quick stroll to the beach. My mom and sister in law are very picky about cleanliness and usually start cleaning as soon as they arrive. Neither of them felt the need to do this before starting to unpack. 3 bedrooms and each had a bathroom. This couldn’t be better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay. The property is lovely. There were a few minor detractors. The pool is almost completely shaded. The check-in process is antiquated and delayed us from being able to unpack by about 45 minutes. The vacuum is VERY heavy. The hose by the trash is missing a nozzle which may not seem problematic but that’s the closest hose to the pool. These minor things would not keep us from renting again. Overall great place.

We’ve stayed in many houses over the years and when they say the house comes stocked with what you need for your stay, they mean it. We didn’t have to buy anything extra for this trip. Even pool and beach items were included. Full size toiletries and cleaning products are a bonus!! As for the house itself, super close to the beach, very bright and each room has its own bath. The pool doesn’t get much direct sun but that made the water cooler on those super hot days. We’ll definitely be back!!

Unfortunately there was a strong mildew/mold smell from the bathrooms that was bothersome and the beds were very uncomfortable (very soft). Other than that, we enjoyed it.

Best Vacation Rental Ever!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From beginning to end, this was the absolute best experience. We've rented a lot of vacation homes, we've learned a lot. We've learned that little things happen, but it's the response that makes or breaks your experience. Beverly and her team are exceptional. First off, the home itself is so beautifully decorated and comfortable. The house was immaculate, no need to start wiping things down like I normally do! Furniture and appliances are all new and high end, tons of little touches that made our stay so nice, second they have thought of everything and when they tell you not to worry about bringing things like beach towels, paper towels, trash bags, etc---they mean it! There were full sized shampoo and conditioners and soap, full size dish soap, boxes of ziplocks in every size, aluminum foil, tons of paper towels and toilet paper rolls, really nice beach towels, plenty to go around, very nice beach chairs and pool floats and toys, even a rolling cooler and beach cart. Beverly provides clear instructions for entering and vacating the premises, check in was organized and quick, really everything was so lovely. The location of the house is very nice too, simply cross the street and you're on the beach trail or turn right and walk down the path to the marina where there are shops and the Salty Dog Cafe. We had one issue with the internet while streaming a football game and Beverly took my call and had Spectrum on the phone in minutes. She offered to come over herself to assist but we were able to reset the router and get everything working again. This response is what sets them apart. This was a last minute trip to meet up with our grandkids and both of them asked to come back and stay for a week next year. I'd say it was a successful trip. We will definitely come back and will look for a BESTNEST property for sure!
