The bedroom boasts a queen-size bed dressed in soft linens, providing a restful retreat after a day of sun and surf. The living room sofa also pulls out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. In the nook you will find two comfortable bunk beds perfect for two little ones.

The unit includes a newly renovated modern bathroom with a spacious shower and essential toiletries. Whether you are enjoying a movie on the comfortable sofa or using the fully equipped kitchen to prepare a meal — everything you need is at the tip of your fingers!

My wife and I spent 4weeks there in Jan-Feb 2026.The condo was very well done. Appliances were new and state of the art, with everything that we needed.The view from the balcony was outstanding. The floor appeared brand new as well..We have been to the Breakers twice before but this was our best experience(aside from the weather which nobody can control)The hosts were extremely helpful When Zach could not help me set up the TV the first night, using FaceTime, Halle and her father came to the condo the next morning and completed the task, as well as getting the microwave to work for us.(I am 77 and not super tech skilled)They really made the experience a more enjoyable oneAs well being on the 2nd floor rather than the 3rd is an advantage. On the 3rd floor the sun becomes too intense and bothersome at times which does not occur on the 2nd floor as the sun is blocked by the balcony above.We would definitely want to return here in the futureStephen C

One of the best 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condos on HHI

Very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Newer floors and bathroom were very nice. We ate out on the balcony every morning with a great unobstructed view of the ocean. The 2 beach chairs and umbrella that were provided helped save us some money. The 2nd floor was the perfect location - stairs were easy to climb (elevator is available) and the balcony has a top that provides shade (unlike the 3rd floor). We highly recommend this condo for anybody that just needs a 1 bedroom/1 bath. The extra bunks would work well for 2 kids (or even adults) as long as you can all share the bathroom. The Beakers complex has undergone a very nice makeover since we last stayed there in 2011.Zack and Halle were great hosts!
