Epic Beach House is stunning 4-bedroom home located just a short walk from the beach. This home, which was completed in January 2020, features all the comforts you could ask of a premier vacation rental. Beautifully decorated and superbly equipped, you’ll enjoy endless relaxation and entertainment. The living area, screened-in porch and all bedrooms feature Smart TVs and a premium cable package that includes HBO, Cinemax, on-demand movies and Disney+. In addition, each of the 3 levels of this home has its’ own cooling/heating zone for added comfort.

As you enter the elevated main level, you’re instantly greeted by an open floor plan, lots of natural light and stylish décor. The living area offers plenty of seating with a sleeper sofa and two swivel chairs. Just off the living area you’ll find access to the screened in porch and the back porch, both overlooking the pool area. The screened in porch features comfortable seating and an outdoor flatscreen TV, while the back porch features a built-in gas grill with bar seating for added enjoyment.

The dining area features a large table with seating for 10, with an additional 3 barstools at the kitchen island. The amazingly designed gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a convection oven, granite counters, an ornate backsplash and custom cabinetry. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a full-size laundry room.

The first level also houses the master suite. This spacious room features a king size bed, views of the pool and a luxurious private bathroom. The bathroom features a oversized double vanity, soaking tub and a walk-in steam shower* with pebbled flooring.

The second level of the home features a guest bedroom with 2 queen-size beds and a twin-size pullout. This room offers a private bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination.

The third level of the home features two additional guest rooms. The first room features a king bed and a beautiful built-in bookshelf with bench seating. The second room, which is perfect for the kids in the group, features a day bed with a trundle bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms utilize the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The exterior of the home offers lush landscaping and a private pool and spa. (Pool heat is included for all non-discounted stays!) The pool deck provides plenty of seating for lounging in the sun.

Parking is available in the driveway, and the garage has available parking for 2 vehicles.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
