This 3-bedroom renovated home in Palmetto Dunes is near the ocean and provides lots of privacy, perfect for the entire group! When entering this ranch-style home, you will walk up just a few steps to the front door and immediately be greeted by a large family room and views of the backyard, featuring a large deck and pool. The well-equipped and newly renovated kitchen boasts granite countertops, a counter-height breakfast bar with four bar stools, access to the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and an open view of the Carolina Room. This room, the Carolina Room, adds extra sleeping space with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV - making it perfect for kids/teens!
