The property and condo is very nice and clean. The only downside was the refrigerator door wouldn't close properly so it wouldn't get as cool as needed. We didn't have ice all week. I reported it immediately but the repair people didn't come until the night before we left, so we had to deal with no ice and a below cold temperature our entire stay. We did however, like North Shore.

Location is perfect. Pool on the 4th floor plus being able to use a pool on the beach at Seacrest. The unit we stayed in was immaculate. This is a great place to stay with your family. Coligny park is right across the street which has numerous shops and places to eat. The best part is the piggy wiggly. If you are going toHHI, you need to stay here.

Many Options!

Loved this condo on the end. Clean, comfortable, great location. Pool was awesome as was the hot tub and the option to use the ocean side pool at SeaCrest. Easy walk to beach, shops, restaurants. Used voucher for bike rentals and worked out perfectly.

Great condo, great location, fabulous communication

Great location, one block from beach. Beautiful, airy, corner unit condo! Walking distance to shopping and dining! Couldn’t be more pleased. Can easily accommodate a family of six. The communication from Luxury Rentals is excellent- emails and texts with all pertinent information.

Such a beautiful condo and perfect location!

My husband and I and our 3 kids (7,4,2) had the best stay at this beautiful condo! The property was comfortable, well-maintained, newly renovated, and very CLEAN! It was well-appointed, stocked with kitchen equipment, and had plenty of extra linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms. I had a question regarding parking and the property manager called me right away to answer my question and was so nice and accommodating. The location of this property was perfect..centrally located in Coligny and easily walkable for our young kids to the beach, shopping, & dining. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location - nice place

Close to everything, we did not use our car the entire stay. Would definitely rent again. Be sure to read all of the documents they send before you arrive. There is a key code for the gate to drive in, then another for the elevator and a third code for the room. I could not find my documents, texted the property manager with no response. I found the code and all was well, but never did hear back from the property manager. I should have been more prepared. Great stay, would stay again!

Stay at North Shore Place

This place delivered as described in the listing. Very comfortable, clean, quiet, nicely furnished, close to Coligney Beach and Plaza, clean good-sized pool area. We had a lovely time and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. We rented bikes with a company recommended by the VRBO contact and the bike rental company delivered and picked up the bikes. (Definitely the way to get around Hilton Head!) We would highly recommend this site.

Perfect location!

Our family of four stayed comfortably! One block from the beach and across the street from Caligney Plaza. The view was beautiful and we felt safe. Only issue was that the place needed to be deep cleaned and that the showers had not been cleaned.

Can not beat the location!

Our stay was fantastic... the property managers were wonderful, notifying us of all happenings during the week; especially when the tropical storm was near. The unit was clean and spacious -- and the kitchen was completely stocked with every thing anyone would need! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

The condo was CLEAN and in the perfect location - right across the street from Coligny Plaza in one direction and right across the street from a public beach access in the other. Condo building felt very safe and secure and was quiet - we weren't able to hear any street noise or noise from the Plaza. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and unit

This location cannot be beat. Coligny is literally across the street and offers great shops, restaurants, and entertainment and a grocery store. We left our car in the garage the entire time. The pools at both resorts were lovely and access to the beach was very convenient. We will be back.
