Coastal, updated and breathtaking views are a few words that describe 205 Windsor Place, a 1 bedroom/2 bath villa in Palmetto Dunes. Open and airy living and dining room that look out to the pool, palms and Atlantic Ocean.

The foyer and kitchen have white tiled floors, while the rest of the villa has driftwood plank style flooring giving this villa an extra clean and coastal touch. One bathroom is immediately to the right of the entrance. This bathroom has a single, granite topped vanity and a walk-in shower. To the left is the updated and fully stocked kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and a stackable washer/dryer. There are two high top chairs at the breakfast bar.

The dining room offers a round glass table that seats four and is surrounded by mirrored walls and a lovely knick-knack shelf. The living room has a tan queen sleeper sofa, two accent chairs and a 43” Samsung TV. Enjoy meals, cocktails or just gazing and relaxing on the balcony that can be accessed from both the living area and the master bedroom. There is a round table that seats two plus two additional chairs on the balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed and 46” TV. It has an adjoining updated bathroom complete with a single granite topped vanity, an updated walk-in shower and separate Jacuzzi tub.

The Windsor Place complex is located oceanfront in the famous Palmetto Dunes Plantation. It has two large oceanfront pools (heated seasonally) and hot tub as well as a large sundeck, poolside restrooms, showers and covered pavilion with gas grilling area. One pool is great for children with a graduated entry and mushroom shaped waterfall (opposite end of pool is 4` 6"). Windsor also has elevator access and a covered parking garage. This complex has privately owned villas located oceanfront with great views of the ocean, pool or lagoon from any floor.

Great Location and Room
