We stayed over New Year’s. Easy check in and out. Clean comfortable room. Fresh coffee and nice continental breakfast. Friendly staff. Weather was cold so didn’t use outside amenities. Will stay there again if needed

The whole hotel felt old and outdated. Room had a strange odor and the bathroom sink drain did not drain well.

The front desk clerk, Caitlyn was under pressure when we arrived at the hotel with a line of people waiting to check in, but the system was down. She did an amazing job troubleshooting on the phone and was apologetic for the wait while handling the line with urgency and professionalism! Cheers to Caitlyn!
