In the middle of summer resort, close to amenities,ideal for couples or small families. Only 150 m away from the beach.The apartment is fully equipped with kitchenette and bathroom,furnished in a modern style. Guests may have use of the common garden, and at the same time be more private, using their 30 sq.m veranda. Supermarkets are open until very late at night, for shopping.The kitchen is equipped with whatever you might need in oder to prepare meals and breakfast.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. A Perfect Retreat

We were hugely impressed by the property. Manolis responded quickly and efficiently to all our communications. He arranged a taxi from the airport on arrival and back to the airport at the end of our stay. He met us on arrival (quite late in the evening) and showed us around the apartment. He provided us with useful local information about shopping, eating out, local buses etc. The apartment is exactly as advertised. It has a wonderful large terrace with a shaded dining area. The terrace can be accessed from the lounge and the bedroom. It was spotlessly clean and the rooms are well proportioned, comfortable and well equipped. There is a large supermarket next door and convenience stores opposite. It is perfectly located for all local amenities. We had a very happy and relaxing holiday.

Well located apartment

We had a lovely holiday in Kokkini Hani. Right from the start, Manolis was really helpful and attentive - messages were quickly replied to, he arranged taxi transfers to and from the airport for us and he was there to greet us when we arrived. The apartment is in a very convenient location, with supermarkets, bus stops, shops and tavernas just outside - and of course a lovely beach a short walk away. We are used to having to hire a car so having all this on our doorstep made a welcome change. At first glance, it’s not the prettiest of places - there’s no promenade lined with shops and bars - but there’s so much to see and do, it’s a great location to explore from and it has a quiet charm of its own. The warmth of the people and the good food topped it all off!

Lovely Week

met by Manolis on arrival having been transferred from the airport by transport arranged by him on our behalf. The apartment was very clean, bright and well equipped. The location is superb with everything you need virtually on your doorstep. We booked excursions from an office just across the road. Bus stop only a few yards away from the property as well. Two minute walk to the beach where you can hire sunbeds. Should we return to Crete would definitely consider booking with Manolis again.

Fantastic apartment with huge outdoor space

We have had a lovely week in Crete. From the first time we messaged Manolis about the apartment he couldn’t have done more to make out holiday perfect. No query was to small and we always got prompt reply’s. From arranging taxi transfers to and from the airport to help around activities and sightseeing Manolis was the perfect host. The apartment has everything thing you require for a comfortable stay, including washing machine and ironing table. The balcony is huge and has a shaded area to escape the heat and was great for sitting outside to eat. Well situated next to supermarket and short walk to beach., age and bars. Would definitely return for another visit.

A lovely apartment in the centre of town convenient for shops and restaurants

We enjoyed our holiday but the kindness of Manolis made it extra special. Nothing was too much trouble. Two months after we had booked our flights Thomas Cook changed our outward and inward departure times by 9 hours and 15 minutes. We arrived at the airport at 9:55 pm and at the apartment at about 11:00pm in a taxi booked for us by Manolis who was waiting to greet us when we arrived. Our return flight did not leave until 10:55pm but once again he looked after us until we left for the airport. We visited Knossos during our stay and the Archaelogical Museum in Heraklion, as well as enjoying some trips by local bus, Heraklion Tour Bus, 'Funtrain' etc. We also enjoyed the Greek food at the local tavernas.

Had a great two weeks at this lovely apartment

What a beautiful place we had a large terraced in the sun most of the day it had everything that we needed loads of bedding and towels very clean and cooking appliances were also good free WiFi that was really fast short walk to a lovely sandy beach 150 mt and supermarkets and some great bars and eating houses and the bus stop is just down the road where you can travel all over the island and my favourite part of this review is we were due to vacate our apartment at 11.00am but we were not due to fly home till 22:25 pm i asked Manolis if we could store our cases and he came back to me and said we could stop as long as we liked as he had no one coming in until the following day so we had a full day on the beach and came back showered went for a meal before our flight home thanks again Manolis hope to see you again soon

The apartment was well equipped and had a lovely sun terrace. The owners Manolis and Evi were great hosts, very welcoming and most obliging. The bus service was excellent, we visited all the major resorts on the coat by bus. We will definitely return.

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans ce charmant appartement. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons ete mis en confiance avec douceur par Manolis.L'appartement est situé près de la mer et pas trop loin d'Heraklion. Manolis est d'une gentillesse très appréciable se rend disponible pour tout besoin (proposition de venir nous chercher a l'aéroport par un chauffeur et corbeille de fruit a l'arrivée.) Just wonderful

Manolis organized a luxurious taxi drive for us and was waiting at the apartment when we arrived. We really enjoyed that sheets and towels were provided and basically everything you need. Manolis hab some fruits and water ready for us and already cooled the apartment down since we arrived in 35°C warm weather. He also had dinner recommendations ready. It was easy to contact him for any questions or trouble and the answers were always helpful. The beach is near and lovely and very kidfriendly. It is not photogenicly white and clean, but there is easy access, nice waves and we even found a little pool that is safe from the waves if there are any. It was very crowded, which we prefer to white sanded but crowded beaches. The bus stop is also just a few meters away and goes to Iraklion or to Malia. The busses are air conditioned but you'll maybe wait for one a bit longer. They are supposed to go every 15min, but were not on time at all, at least when we tried to take the bus. We had a lovely time in Kokkini Hani!

Bel appartement et un très bon accueil!

Un excellent séjour passé à Hokkini Hani. Grace aux précieux conseils de Manolis, nous avons trouver très rapidement l'appartement. Un accueil très sympathique et de bons conseils pour aiguiller nos visites. L'appartement est joli et fonctionnel et possède une agréable terrasse . Il se situe néanmoins dans le couloir aérien ce qui apporte un peu plus de bruit.

Bon séjour

Très bon accueil. Heureusement que la fille du propriétaire parle français pour nous aider à l arrivé. L appartement est très propre et la terrasse très grande. Nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour . En revanche les nuits ont été très compliquées car le supermarché est juste à côté et ferme à 23h . L appartement se situe en dessous du couloir aérien de l aéroport . Les voisins ont été bruyants et l environnement en général est bruyant . Nous ne regrettons pas d être partie en crête.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est bien équipé et birn entretenu. Situé proche d'Heraklion, il nous a permis de visiter la Crète sans trop d'élongations. Appartement tres agréable

Merci à Manolis et son fils pour leur accueil, nous sommes arrivées tard mais ils nous attendaient .Manolis parle anglais et son fils français donc pas de problème. L'appartement ( n 1) est très propre et fonctionnel , une belle chambre et une grande terrasse. Le supermarché juste à côté est pratique et le bruit n'est pas gênant. Salle de bain petite mais nous étions 2 donc pas de problème . Kokkini est une petite station balnéaire avec magasins et restaurants. Bus pour Héraklion juste à côté. Beaucoup de locations de voitures sur place. Tres contentes de notre séjour ( debut mai ) .Temps mitigé, du tres beau, des averses et même tempête de vent chaud mais nous venions pour visiter et pas pour la plage. Bonne adresse.Lire les autres commentaires .Excellent wifi. Merci Manolis!

Propriétaire très sympathique et qui a eu la gentillesse de faire venir leur fils qui parle bien français à notre arrivée tardive. Délicate attention d'une corbeille de fruits... A pris le temps de répondre à nos demandes. Appartement simple, mais complet et jouissant d'une belle terrasse.
