Would definitely return

Staff were amazing. The pool are was very sociable, kept very clean and tidy, very pretty at night. The BBQ night was great beside the pool area. Location was great, close to the beach and tavernas. Great value for money, wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Lovely family hotel

The owners Costas, Nikos and Michaela's are amazing Cretan's. They are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The swimming pool is the cleanest in the world.

I gave a score of 5 stars for overall. This because i am aware that if you do not pay for a 5 star hotel then do not expect the 5 star standard. This family run complex was small and perfectly formed.. The Father and Son who work so hard day after day to look after their guests are such delightful, genuine men. I was a female solo traveller and i felt so safe. The rooms are old fashioned and basic....hence my previous comment about the price. If i could change a few things...the beds are very low,and the bathroom although clean, the coloured tiles and dark grout give the impression of it not being so clean. Fresh white tiles would make such a difference. The outside facilities, the pool area and the bar were faultless. Spotlessly clean. I only got home today and i want to go back already. Thank you Nicos and Costas,Regards Mandy😎

Best hotel stayed at in Gouves

Been going to Gouves for over 10 years and we have really enjoyed staying at this hotel and wished we had started going there years ago. Lovely atmosphere, cleanest we have stayed at and all the staff were brilliant.

The booking that never was!

I had booked a room through Expedia 2 months ago for the last day of my holiday, deciding to locate the premise a couple of days earlier as we were staying nearby and check the booking was okay I was informed that no booking had been made! The owner then made a heated call to Expedia and confirmed he had not received any booking but will still honour the booking with me! So along with other friends I turned up on Friday only to be told no room at the Inn obviously a better booking had been taken than mine! I wouldn't have bothered writing this but when somebody shakes my hand and agrees something I honour it!! So Expedia and the rather gobby owner you let a guest down shame on you!!

Apartament ładny z basenem. Właściciele byli nieprzyjaźni,niepomocni, niesympatyczni,nie czuliśmy się swobodnie. Internet nie działał w apartamencie. Właściciele oszukują turystów nie podając że klimatyzacja jest płatna.Nie polecamy tego apartamentu ze względu na nieprzyjazne , nieżyczliwe zachowanie właścicieli

Kaksi yötä Kreetan kierroksella. Onneksi oli kauppa kävelymatkan päässä sai aamupala tarvikkeet kätevästi. Hotellissa olisi voinut olla muutakin kuin allasbaari josta sai vain juomia.
