"I loved and enjoyed my stay here. William was amazing through the whole time being there. very respectful and informative, when I needed something he went above and beyond and got it for us instead of telling me to find housekeeping. You can tell he enjoys his job and takes his job serious meaning giving us his amazing customer service. Also thank you to Amira as well she was very nice and welcoming. I definitely will be booking for my birthday and having my crew book as well. everything was perfect i have no complaints because if there was anything you guys addressed it and took care of it right away. Love housekeeping does there job to the fullest they are truly the heart of hotels and don’t get the credit they deserve. so make sure to let them know they are appreciated needed loved and amazing.
