I was little worry about no on-site stuff. Everything is done online, but it went very smoothly. We reserved the room with sauna & I used it everyday. Small kitchen is nice. All cookware, dishes, cups, utensils, cutting board, knives are there. There is a local gym access , but it’s not on site, so my husband didn’t use it. It is really good to have laundry & dry machines since Helsinki City central doesn’t have any coin laundries. Grocery store is 3min away. We really liked this place. We would love to stay again.

Rated communication down as i didnt receive the registration so could not access the property. Called the hotel and were able to sort. The hotel is a great concept. Lots of facilities to use, free access to a nearby gym and a cute polaroid camera to use during your stay! The laundry room is stocked and all available to use. All pf these are a great touch.

Well designed property in a very convenient location! The room was really cute and I loved that they listed the design details with some local options. Also very nice bath products. The only thing I didn’t like is that if something goes wrong, it’s not easy to get into immediate contact with a human to help. But I guess that’s part of having a contactless hotel. Otherwise it was great and I’d stay again!

TV does not work, broken door lock, no way out

My stay in the place was very stressful. I got to the place and noticed tv not working. There is no reception so in case any issues you need to try to resolve them. They send you ‘ready made’ text messages but those not really helpful, more irritating in situation where you need real help. After I spent 30 min to try to fix the tv, maintenance person arrived. He was able to turn on the tv but the tv stop working again after 30 min. This is second time I have stayed in this apartments and both times tv did not work. So if you like watching tv, I would suggest booking somewhere else. The second issue was in the morning I had to check out. I used their chain lock in addition to the regular lock. However, the chain lock did not open, it was broken and stayed locked in. Again there is no reception to help you with this kind of issues. I had an appointment in the morning and could not leave the room as was locked in the room. They again tried to text some not helpful messages. I had to break the lock with scissors. Luckily it worked so I was able to leave the room. After all of this I was very surprised about the hotel people’s communication, just sending the ready made messages. I would have thought they at least call me to hear what went wrong but no interest. The rooms design is nice, however quality seems to be bad in many items.
