Clean, convenient, comfy!

The bungalow was super sweet! Nice location, we walked to everything! Cindy was very quick to respond when asked a question. Highly recommend staying there.

Quick Getaway

Perfect to walk to town and not pay for parking. Very clean. Only surprise was on such a nice refrigerator ice maker did not work. No big deal. Would definitely stay here again!

Always a great place to stay

We had another great stay at Helen Bungalows. We brought the furry babies and hiked to Anna Ruby falls. It is such a great spot. Close to downtown Helen so you can walk everywhere but a little on outskirts so it’s quiet.

Great getaway

This is my 3rd visit in 4 years. The cottage is very comfortable. The decor is a little rustic and nice. It's the look that i expect for a small town mountain cottage. You a minutes walking time to shopping and restaurants. I will be back for another weekend stay.

Located very conveniently close to downtown. I was expecting 5 beds, but there were only 4, so one of us slept on the regular couch. Other than that, our stay was marvelous.

Girls weekend getaway

Lovely little cabin. Slept 3 adults one pre-teen just fine. Close to all the action on the main street (food and shopping). We walked everywhere. We came here for the Christmas market,which is walking distance.You don't really need to drive your car unless you go up to the castle. Cabin was clean. Queen bed very comfy. I will be back . definitely stay here again.

Not very good, old furnishings, roaches in bathroom and kitchen. Poor t.v. and not very clean. Looked as if furniture and beds were never cleaned under, only around the area's you could see. Only positive I could say is the location, would not stay here again.

Was as advertised. Beds were comfy. It was quieter than expected. We walked and toured Helen. Fun time for all 4 of us. Suggestions- night light in bathroom, label the laundry detergent, rugs were dirty, bathroom sink doesn't drain well at all, the blinds do not cover the whole windows, you could add curtains that would fix that, dust under furniture (found dog chew & unused cigarette.

The location of this house to downtown was awesome. We could walk everywhere. There was even aa amazing country store right around the corner. Also plenty of restaurants within blocks.

This place was amazing! Walking distance to town but on a quiet side street! This house is super cozy, very clean, and the best stocked house we have ever stayed in. The front porch and rocking chairs take you back to a simpler time. Will be staying here again!!!!

Perfect location!

Loved this little cottage. It was perfect for our family of 4. We didnt use the kitchen aside from making coffee but all of the appliances are full size, beds are comfy. Games to play and plenty of extras. I will say the Roku remote wasnt working, even after I replaced the batteries and neither of the bedside table lamps would turn on but it didnt affect our stay. We got the Roku app and made do. I'd stay here again for sure! The easiest check in/out ever too!

Bi-Annual Family Gathering in Helen, GA

This home was a great location for us. Our oldest son and his wife stayed next door at 290C, and our other son and his family stayed in a home across the street and on the river. This made our stay very convenient. The kitchens are a little small in both 290A & 290C, but unless you are planning on during a great deal of cooking while on vacation, they are more than accommodating. Full size refrigerator, oven, microwave and dual coffee pots. Also, a full-size washer and dryer in both cottages. I recommend both cottages and we will stay again!
