The room was clean and comfortable. Roomy too. Lobby is clean and staff is friendly. Quiet location at the edge of town. Parking felt secure. It was quite hot when we were there and the air conditioner worked well. Would stay here again.
We stayed here while attending a conference at a nearby church. We were on the 2nd floor. Hotel staff was very nice, room was clean, and bed was comfy. We had no remote for our room but they had an extra one. Not sure if it was the right one or not because all that remote let us do was change the volume! Room came with a nice-sized fridge and there was plenty of parking. Only issue was that the down topper needed a good cleaning. Overall good value!
If you are going to be staying here, call hotel directly for best deal. The room was neat as a pin, simple and comfortable. It has all the basic necessities. I really liked the shower. This may seem odd, but when you’ve paid more money for a room than we did here and you are greeted with a filthy shower curtain which clings to you, then a clean shower curtain with curved bar is super nice! The bed was quite comfortable. We generally sleep on a Sterns and Foster at home. So hard, uncomfortable beds are quite a shock. We have come to the age where quality of bed matters, and Quality Inn did not disappoint. While I wouldn’t trade my Sterns and Foster for this mattress, it was one of the more comfortable hotel mattresses we’ve slept on. We did not eat their breakfast, but would not recommend the coffee from machine in the lobby. They did have pre-made coffee in carafe which was good. Overall, if staying in Heber Springs again, we will definitely use this hotel again.
The rooms were clean and service at the front desk was excellent and the employees were very friendly. Close to several restaurants and to the local event we were attending that weekend. The rates were the lowest around for great accomodations.
This was my second time to stay at this quality inn. The rooms had updated furnishings and were larger than most hotel rooms. Everything was well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be back for a third time and highly recommend!
We checked out of this hotel this morning. The room was large with two queen beds, but the plus was a small kitchenette area. There was a wall dividing the bedroom and kitchenette which had a small refrigerator, microwave and sink. It was very quite and set in a wooded area, back from the main road. Room clean and comfortable with desk and comfy chair and other chair in the corner with floor lamp. My husband fishes 5 miles away so very convenient for us. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.
We took an impromptu trip to Heber Springs this weekend. Just took the chance on a hotel. Called several but they were booked. Call Quality in and there was 2 rooms left so we took them. I can't say enough great things about this place!. Staff was wonderful, attentive. Rooms clean, breakfast was great. Staff was not only attentive to the needs of your hotel stay but very informative about the location and getting away from touristy areas for fishing. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Heber Springs.
In the area for softball. Laurie gave us a nice pool side room. Very clean, nice comfortable beds, super service & a great breakfast to start the day off right ! Will come back for a weekend just for the heck of it !
This is a great hotel for the price. My room had good quiet heat and was clean and fresh. A refrigerator, microwave, and safe were provided. The breakfast bar was good with eggs, biscuit/gravy, pancakes, and cereal among other things. The staff were very friendly! The rooms enter from the outside of the hotel but the doors had good locks. And there is no elevator so luggage has to be carried up the outside stairs if you are on the second floor. I'm an older woman and did not mind that in exchange for lower rates than their competitor. I will definitely stay here again because of the better rates. (I did not use the pool nor see the conference center in a separate building)
Stayed in Room 211 a king size single room. A little small but very nice but my husband booked it on hotels.com So you always get the small rooms. But the beautiful room, bed and bedding well made up for the size. All updated! We really enjoyed our beautiful little room. We will be staying here again and again.
