Across the street was a large group of barking dogs, can't really see anything due to the trees but the trees do not stop the sound. Hope you like soft beds and large pillows. Breakfast was a disappointment, Sat only proteins were yogurt, egg white omelet, full of peppers, which I can't eat and I have lactose intolerance so the yogurt is a no no too. So I had carbs for breakfast but just a plain boiled egg would have been nice for a simple protein choice. The child above us loved to run at 6:30 am also.

Nice clean room. Large bottom floor room just across from dining room. Easy access in & out. Front desk staff was very friendly. This will be the hotel we stay at from now on when my husband travels to Heber Springs!

Conveniently located with a wonderful view of Sugarloaf mountain. Employees were very nice, and the facility is relatively new. Heber is small, so the hotel is very close to local shops, restaurants, gas stations, and the river. I’d definitely stay again.

I stayed here for a business trip. The room was magnificent, it felt like a Presidential Suite! The bed was very soft and comfy. The bathroom had a very high ceiling! The shower head was up high so I didn't have to bend down to wash my hair. There was a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a microwave and even a small sink! They had breakfast in the morning which was hot and fresh. Free parking. Off the highway in a quiet area. Excellent!!

I’ve stayed here several times. The price is out of line with the quality. I’ve had several rooms before with a musty mildew smell and asked to change rooms. This time I got in late and just wanted to go to sleep. I got up the next morning and went to take a shower and for some reason looked up at the ceiling in the bathroom and saw lots of nasty yellowish crud that looked like it was going to start dripping anytime. The beds are always comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful but it’s the standard fare for Holiday Inn Express. I would’ve complained to the front desk when I checked out but nobody was there when I left.

There are not many choices in Heber Springs, so I was thrilled to locate this Holiday Inn Express , versus the other mom and pop type motels in the area. We were only there for one night, but from the time we arrived, we were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. The room was very clean and spacious, bed was exceptionally comfortable, and although it may not be a big deal to other travelers, we have noticed the past couple of years, that most hotels are using very small and HARD pillows which are horrible! ( especially on a king-sized bed ! ) This hotel had full king sized pillows and each side had one each, firm and soft, which was awesome since we prefer soft! The breakfast was ample and typical for this hotel brand, but overall, very good! The only aspect I would have preferred was an indoor pool , like most of these properties have, versus outdoor. The location was perfect as well, with easy access. I would definitely recommend this property!

we have stayed at this hotel several times, just recently last week for three nights. it was very clean and quiet. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. i strongly recommend this hotel. the eggs at breakfast were the worse part of the stay but the cinnamon roles were outstanding. we will be back!!

I'm an early-to-bed, early-to-rise business traveler who just wanted a good night sleep. I've stayed here many times before and had no problems. Check-in clerk was rude and only marginally competent--giving me much higher rate than I'd had previously. He initially booked me on the first floor, but then moved me to room 420 after I asked for a quieter, top-floor room. The room was poorly maintained--stained carpet, ripped chairs. Bed was horrible--see picture--large, broken-down hole that made it very difficult to sleep. I complained in the morning, and was told that the mattress in room 420 is a known problem, and I shouldn't have been booked into that room unless it was the last room in the hotel--and I should have been warned about the bed. Obviously (as I'd started on the first floor), it wasn't the last room available in the hotel, and--obviously--I wasn't warned about the bed. No adjustment was made. I asked to have a manager call me, and one never did. To make a long story short, stay here only if you want to pay a premium price for a low-rent room, rude service, and a broken down bed.

We stayed 2 nights in a 2 room suite and it was very clean and very peaceful! We also had a family reunion there while we were there and the whole staff were very accommodating and so good to us!! We will totally use this place again - we really liked everything about the hotel!!

Very clean, nice facilites, breakfast was great, employees are awesome and take care of your needs. Would stay here again. Prices were very reasonable. Large family area if needed. Suites are very nice, and large enough for over 5. I have no complaints.
