We had a good stay. It was what you should expect for the price. It was clean but room decor was a bit dated. Mattress made noise but it wasn't spring noise - was a little annoying if one of us got up in the middle of the night. Kitchenette was exactly what we needed. Breakfast was good but choices were a bit lacking. I'd stay here again with no qualms.
