This home was spectacular! Gorgeous views, beautiful pool, wonderful location for kayaking to scenic private beaches and mangrove waterways. The home offered every amenity. Two refrigerators and 2 wine fridges. Lots of clothes storage and big pantry. We had groceries delivered as well as brought frozen meats, chicken, lunch stuff, and snacks. We had a chef one night which was our favorite evening.

This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in, there was nothing really that I could complain about!The Villa was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and the setting, wow, beautiful. We hired a boat and kept it at the dock (would have been an advantage to have protection for the boat against dock for tide changes) we explored the beautiful Exuma islands and deserted beaches, it was idyllic and relaxing. Lots of fish, turtles and stingrays right off the deck and little beach to sit and watch, very calming. The pool area was very relaxing with lots of toys for those of us who had the energy!We are really excited to come back again, as this is one of the few villas we would revisit, and we have stayed in many around the Bahamas and the Caribbean.Thank you for sharingSarah and family x

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great time at Villa Exuma celebrating milestone birthdays and anniversaries! The house was stocked with everything and the view could not be beat! It was a great house with plenty of room for all 9 of us! We had a fabulous time and cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful property!

We stayed here for my 40th birthday celebration! It was a beautiful home in a very quiet area of the island. We really enjoyed being secluded and not hearing or seeing any traffic both on a road and on the water. The property management team is extremely responsive and easy to reach and all the vendors recommended in the welcome package were just as amazing as the home. It truly was a luxury stay! Make it all inclusive or a quiet on your own, its perfect for both. We had a group of 9 and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. Everyone had their own space to do their own thing but also plenty of space to come together too. If you plan to get out and explore, i would highly recommend a car rental... or more so a Jeep or larger vehicle due to the roads not being the smoothest and the drive ways are rock.

Paradise

Can't say enought about this property. It is the perfect vacation spot. We had 10 people with a mixture of teens and adults. We arrived early and we were able to get checked in early. TJ the butler is the bomb. Anything you want he makes it happen. We had Gina cook 2 night in the house and it was outstanding. We will be back.

Amazing Vacation!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for couples! The butler was 20/10, highly recommend! He helped us with all of our needs and more! The communication with the owners was excellent and they were very accommodating! We scheduled a boat day with Theo Gray, and it was the best part of our trip! He picked us up from the dock at the house, which we loved! Super convenient. Theo was so awesome 20/10 recommend, words don’t even describe! We will definitely be back!

Rifenburg Family Vacation

We couldn't have been happier with this home! All the kids had their own room and bathroom, the house manager was always available and a great communicator. The butler was more helpful than could of ever imagined, even having to go pick us up at the boat when we couldn't get to the house due to the tides! LOL! Our private chef each night made meals that rival any restaurant on this island! ( I posted pics on Facebook) Boat rental from Sunsplash was great and was able to keep it night and day docked behind the house and even used the services of an incredible Capt. who made navigating these water easy and I was able to sit back and just enjoy the time with my family! I highly recommend this VRBO and all the services that you can add to make your trip incredible! Thank you Villa Exuma!

Amazing home

We were 2 families staying at both properties. Both homes were perfectly designed and equipped with everything we needed for a vacation. The hosts, Anna and Hank were extremely helpful and always answered our calls. The views are spectacular and the private beach was perfect for the whole family. The only issue we had was a pack of stray dogs that raided the trash, chewed up the beach chair cushions and fight all night. This made it scary for us to be outside at night. Dont forget to stop and buy bottled water and some snacks on the way to the home from the airport. The fridge water and ice are potable but you never know. Also, make time to go grocery shopping and be prepared to eat at home as there are not too many restaurants in the area.

Villa Exuma

Villa Exuma was everything described in the listing. Kids loved being able to paddle out back and it was perfect for them with so many islands to explore. We were there for 3 days of extreme rain so roads were flooded on the island. So happy we booked this villa with so much to entertain our group. Also we lost power which we barely noticed with a flickering light because the generators immediately kicked on so thankful we had this on the island as this is something that occurs sometimes. Anna was great she was able to arrange a pick up for us at the airport since our rental cars were canceled due to rain she also was able to bring us some groceries.

Fabulous trip

It was an incredible trip. The house and location was amazing! The concierge was fantastic. She answers every question we had before check in so we were prepared for our trip. The butler was fantastic. He catered to our every whim and request and we felt very pampered. The house was phenomenal. The private beach and private pool was amazing. It was such an amazing place to vacation at. We highly recommend!!!

Amazing paradise getaway!

Anna was super responsive and helpful with pre-planning and check in with our groceries stocked was such a blessing! Hank was nearby all week for any and everything we needed and the beautiful house had a fully stocked kitchen, wonderful pool and ocean toys and comfortable, clean bedrooms. The views and our vacation overall was dreamy and the 12 year olds, teenagers and adults all want to go back asap :)!!

Beautiful stay

Exuma is gorgeous and this house provided a lovely place to stay. Anna & Hank were responsive and helpful. The only downside was the bug bites that we received while at the beach. That being said, we’d gladly stay here again!
