Oceanfront property with boat included at 399/night on last minute deals!

By choosing to stay at Villa BB1 not only will you have a 3 Bedroom Beautiful Waterfront Villa in February Point Resort with access to all their amenities. In addition you will have access to your own private boat at your own pier. You can now come and go as you please on your own schedule! No charge for the boat whatsoever and the house is priced less expensively than a property through the resort itself. It really is free!

Even if the weather is very windy the boat will allow you to find a beach somewhere that will not be affected. I can personally attest to that benefit by utilizing it in that capacity this August for a couple of days when the weather wasn't fully cooperative.

No more need for a Water-Taxi and having to wait on their schedule. Explore Exuma at your own pace. Want to head to Stalking Island? Enjoy a meal at Chat-N-Chill restaurant and laze around the amazing water all on your schedule. Enjoy the large boat cooler and enjoy ice-cold beverages on your schedule throughout the magical Exumas.

For a unique experience take the boat into Georgetown and tie up at the pier. You can provision groceries right at Exuma Market the largest grocery store in Exuma or simply get a coffee from one of the quaint restaurants in town. This makes for a vacation that no one else can provide.

Paradise and convenience all at your fingertips for the trip of a lifetime. Book early to secure the dates you desire!

We had an awesome stay at BB1! The house was beautiful, well equipped and well maintained. Having a boat opens up the full Exuma experience for travelers. I highly recommend this listing for anyone that is interested in enjoying the beauty of Exuma, Stocking Island and the many surrounding islands and beaches. It should be noted that navigating Exuma's shallow waters, anchorages and small / shallow docks takes some boating experience. But, if you've operated a small craft before and use caution, you'll find that the many deserted beaches in the area are breathtaking. There are three sea turtles that reside in the area and frequently visit the dock behind the property. They love lettuce and our nieces were delighted to enjoy this unique encounter almost daily from the dock directly behind the villa. The owner and property manager are excellent hosts and very responsive for any questions or needs you may have.

Amazing location! Our favorite parts were the boat, and the family of sea turtles that lives below the cliffs. Every morning we would go out and feed them, and it was a highlight for all of us. Had some issues with the house early on, but the owner took care of everything. Definitely recommend if you want to go to Exuma.

Great place to stay in Exuma

My wife and I rented the villa for 6 nights. The main draw was having the boat available and even though we didn't need all the bedrooms, the price with the boat was still a great deal! The villa is in great shape and was getting some new kitchen appliances while we were there. The boat allowed us to explore Exuma and the surrounding cays that we hadn't had a chance to do in past visits. I would highly recommend you consider this property if you are planning a trip to Exuma.

This was our 7th or 8th trip to Exuma (from Fort Lauderdale) and once again we had a wonderful experience. February Point is a great neighborhood, so close to Georgetown shopping and basics. The rental is huge and has so many amenities. My husband loved the gym and I loved the family of sea turtles under our dock. Having the boat as part of the rental was THE BEST PART however. Exuma is all about having access to the water we have found. This truly made this our best vacation there yet!
