There is nothing spectacular so to speak about these rooms, but they are clean and we had a blast in hershey while staying here centrally located. I would definitely stay again! We had a great experience and the beds were comfortable!

This hotel was great. Clean, spacious rooms. Hot coffee served in lobby all day. Great free breakfast. Pool was clean but a little to cold for Me, but my kids still enjoyed it. There was an ice cream palor across the street. I was shocked to see how close WE were from the park, a 5minute drive!! Great place at a good price.

Stayed in so many Springhill's over the years... this one needs an update. Nothing special, and we skipped the free buffet breakfast. Indoor pool is a plus for the kids in tow. Close to the parks if that's your thing!

This has become my go-to hotel for concerts and events at Hershey park. The rooms are big and clean, they offer breakfast and a pool, and they are always accommodating. It's easy to get anywhere in Hershey from this location - especially when using Uber!

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and it was close to Hershey Park. What more do you need for an overnight stay. Free parking also. Only thing was the smell of the pool in the lobby which was overlooked since I was not sleeping in the lobby.

Very Close to Hershey Park. Clean and comfortable as can be expected by Marriot. Don't go here and complain about kids running around or at the pool. The breakfast included was good. They had a few options.

Overall, this stay was positive. The hotel staff were friendly and helfpul. Hotel is about 5 minutes from the park and more affordable than the Hershey properties. It's also walking distance to the auto museum. The hotel was clean and up to date. The room was also clean, excluding a small stain on the couch and a missing closet door. I prefer suites when traveling with my young children as they allow us to stay up past the kids' 8 pm bedtime. However, this suite doesn't really work for that, with just a small half-wall dividing the beds from the sofa and no television in the living area. Their is "free wi-fi" but it's about the speed of dial-up and you have to pay $4/day to upgrade to faster wi-fi, a perk I would expect to be included. A few other observations: The kitchen came equipped with a small pack of paper plates and utensils which came in handy. The alarm clocks are noticeably bright; I had to cover it up as I am a light sleeper. I could hear the people above us walking around and such, which I don't always observe in other hotels. If you're a light sleeper also, you may want to request a third floor room. The hotel is smaller so I didn't feel it was overcrowded and noisy. Breakfast was typical hotel fair, but well stocked by an attentive staff with ample seating.

August 7th, 2016 1. Checked in Sunday evening August 7, 2016 and experienced air conditioning failure in rom 117. While unpacking in the hot room we tried to cool it down, which was about a 15 minute effort. 2. We asked for help to resolve the AC, but Todd said no one was available and we had to move to another room with working AC. 3. Repacked and moved to room 228 August 9th, 2016 4. Realized two $25.00 Starbucks travel mugs were missing that Tuesday morning August 9 and remembered leaving them on the kitchen counter in rm 117 before we had to be relocated to rm 228. 5. We reported the missing items to Todd and that we missed re-packing them due to our exhaustion from the long drive, unpacking in a hot room, trying to get the ac to work, and finally repacking to make the move to another room . Housekeeping went to the room to look for the travel mugs while the guests were out but did not see them. August 9th -12th During our total say we waited for management who we were told would definitely get back to us NEVER contacted us. We had to keep inquiring at the desk as to when we would hear something. During our check out Michael Shaun told us that the incident was our liability and to file a police report if we wanted. One of two things happened: Springhill staff DID check the rooms after our transfer to fix the AC and/or properly prep the room for the next guests after our use of the room and KEPT the mugs, OR they allowed another guest to use the room after our departure without cleaning and prepping. Any check for our items was done AFTER the new guests checked in. If the new guests helped them selves to the “prizes” on the kitchen counter it was due to failure of the staff to prep the room BEFORE another guest arrived. Most likely this is what happened. Michael Shaun was very nasty about the whole incident and said he didn't appreciate us implying his house keeping staff lifted the property. He said he and housekeeping checked the room and found nothing. That's to be expected if he and housekeeping checked AFTER the new guests checked the next day and not before. He did not indicate when HE checked the room. That stay was not a good experience and it gives me pause as to what we should expect regarding visiting Marriott properties. We arrived exhausted from the traffic-congested 9 hour drive and were looking forward to resting in a comfortable room. We are not trying to run a scam over $50.00, we are angry and dismayed that we had to lose property because the room we checked into was poorly maintained and management didn’t give a damn. Not to mention, it doesn’t help to know that rooms are not checked after guests have to be relocated. We asked to be compensated for the mugs and believed it was not an unreasonable request considering the circumstances. åç We wrote to Bill Marriott’s office but we weren’t afforded us the courtesy of a response. They chose to hide behind the hotel manager, Kathy King who still refused to compensate us for the lost property that was due to her mismanagement. In her response she lied about the room being thoroughly cleaned after we moved, otherwise the mugs would have turned up if they weren’t lifted by the staff.

Great that is by Hersey Park Was little disappointed since I stood at the one in Maryland . The breakfast compliment were lacking in taste the coffee was not as good . The room floor in bathroom sticky n dirty . Since I stood only for overnight I didn't notice until leaving next day n told them when we left n they did apologized but gave like no credit or take something off the bill . I always use trip advisor n compare prices but for the stay n the compliment breakfast it was too much . Not worth 41o. Where we booked at the Hersey hotel on weekend n spent similar but had free breakfast for kids and tickets . So for emergency stay or couldn't book at Hersey hotel or lodge ok . But if you can stay elsewhere do so .

We stayed for 4 nights in a 2 queen bedroom suite with our 4 year old. The beds were smaller than a queen probably more of a double or a full size bed which was fine. The only issue we had was with the AC unit. It was an older unit and came out of the wall under the window probably about a foot so it was right on top of one of the beds so my husband and I slept in that bed. We had it blowing on us all night long and shutting it off would make the room way too hot to sleep in. The good thing was that there was complimentary breakfast which wasn't too bad, oatmeal, bagels, cereal, eggs, waffles. It is so close to the park it was about a 2 min drive down the road. We wouldn't stay here again because of the AC units. If they change those out we would have no problems staying here again.
