Easy access. Property and room were clean, although the landscaping needed attention. Bed was great but sofa bed was nothing but springs so my daughter slept on it as a sofa, which wasn’t too comfortable. Phone in room didn’t work. Very little hot water regardless of the time of day. Breakfast was seriously lacking and more often than not, any eggs were dried out from sitting. Very carb loaded options. Elevator was broken and carrying luggage up and down stairs was not an easy task. They tried to charge me for parking, which was not disclosed at booking or checkin. Had to ask twice for towel exchange because they didn’t show the first time.

Awesome people, great spot!

The property itself is really nice. We enjoyed our stay and it was clean and quiet. We were traveling from Boston to Knoxville, and this proved to be a nice break in our long drive home. We picked the hotel partly because it was listed as pet friendly. We booked the hotel through Orbitz and got there around midnight. After I finished checking in, I told the employee at the front desk that we picked the hotel because it was pet friendly and that we had two black lab puppies. He asked if I knew the hotel policy on pets. He explained that it was $125 fee to have your pets stay in the room. I told him I thought that was excessive since the room alone was $109. He said that was the policy. I then told him we would leave the pets in the car as we slept. He said that was illegal and we couldn’t do that. I am not against paying an extra fee to have dogs in the room my issues are: 1. Paying more for the pets then the entire room seems ridiculous. 2. I wish there was clearer pricing when we booked the hotel on the pet fee. I filtered the hotels by pet friendly, but nothing was mentioned of the $125 fee. 3. I’m not sure it’s the hotels role to tell me I can’t leave my dogs in my car overnight. Not my preference, but it was going to be 40 degrees and not too hot or cold outside.

Clean, swimming pool and gym open 24 hours. Only stayed for 1 night comfortable beds, and staff was freondly. Also good breakfast in the AM

Nothing. Should've stayed longer than one night. Great property

property was good, bit overpriced for the quality of property.

Great hotel and staff was amazing! We had booked a different hotel and it was a disaster. Looked for a place and to our luck this hotel had 2 suites available. We booked it right away and checked out of the previous hotel the next morning. The suite were very comfortable, equipped with everything you need and most importantly clean. The staff, one in particular named Holly was awesome, she helped us with our reservation and also at check out! The overall staff and hotel was great. Will definitely stay here again!

The best feature of this hotel was the breakfasts. Unlike 99 of the rest of these type of hotels, this hotel's breakfast buffet was served with real plates and silverware (no Styrofoam plates/cups or plasticware) and the food itself was excellent. In addition, the amenities were superb and the hotel had easy access to I-81. One suggestion would be to sell earphones or headphones as the 2 treadmills require them.

Hotel staff was so unbelievably friendly and helpful. Really made you feel like you were home and not at a typical hotel.
