I hadn't planned on a hotel stay when visiting the area, as I was in town to assist my mother as she recovered after surgery and planned to stay with her.
Unfortunately halfway into my visit, plumbing issues arose in her apartment building and because I was working remotely during the day, it became impossible to stay there as repairmen had to access her apartment multiple times and the shower was unusable.
I searched for nearby hotels and quickly found a very affordable room option with Country Inn and Suites. I was able to reserve the room easily on line and the check in process was seamless.
My room was large and very clean and I loved having the microwave and fridge available. I really appreciated the quietness of the hotel, as I needed to work between the hours of 8-5 each day.
The staff were all friendly and helpful whenever I requested assistance, and generously allowed me to check out late on my last day. And I was very impressed with the lovely Christmas decorations and glowing fireplace-such a nice atmosphere!
I'd like to give a special shout out to Elizabeth - she is so pleasant and makes sure each guest feels welcome and treated with respect and kindness!
I would highly recommend staying here and will share my positive experience with friends and family.
