"The room was very neglected. When we arrived, the refrigerator in our room wasn’t working. I went to get ice in the ice bucket, but it was moldy. There was food around the edges of the beds. I went to make coffee, opened up the water reservoir and it was slimy. The beds are very hard, ours was broken. There was mold around the ceiling in the bathroom. The place is very loud at night. It sounded like someone was running a vacuum all not but we think it was the heat running."
