Comfortable, clean, good staff. A bit far out, lots of traffic noise at the front, fortunately I had earplugs.

The hotel staff we're very friendly and very helpful, hotel was clean and comfy. The breakfast was very good and we would definitely stay again. Ideally situated which made getting around hannover easy.

Affordable, Clean, Great Staff and Convenient

This hotel chain is always a good option for a one night stay, especially if you are in town for a concert or if you need an affordable overnight stay near an airport for an early morning flight. Always clean and well staffed, the Hannover location did not disappoint in any way. They even kept the bar open very late for all of the Guests that had attended the Pink concert, which was appreciated! The neighborhood is not the best, but the tram station is literally a block away.

Close to central station

Convenient location, not noisy considering the busy street in front of the hotel. Mostly clean but I found a few hair in the bathroom. In total it’s good for a short stay.

Ideal for a short city break. Easy and quick to get to on the tram from the central station. Room was basic, but good quality. High point though were the staff - very helpful and friendly.

A nice and basic accommodation suitable for business travellers on a short stay. It is located a short tram ride away from the Hanover Main Station, with restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay there, with no issues!

100 per cent.

I was staying with a group of colleagues visiting fire departments in the Hannover area and the hotel was ideally situated just north of the city and almost next to a tram station. I found the staff extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast excellent and the room very comfortable. I would be hard pressed to find any fault with my stay and I will certainly go back to the hotel the next time that I am in Hannover. I'll give it 100 per cent.

misundestanding

This was my first time I use Ibis hotel. Clean and basic. Friendly staff. Overall good stay. I booked room for 3 people - 2 adults + 1 child with breakfast included. NOT HAPPY at check out when we have been asked for extra pay for child breakfast 5.50 euro. It wasn't mention before at any point (when we booked or when we check in). Answer was that we had some kind of room where only two people can have breakfast - don't get it!!! We had 3 beds in room, but breakfast for 2? - dunno! And we paid for bowl of cereals and cup of tea €5.50. (maybe some children eat more, but it not the case)

Pleasant Stay

I spent five nights at Ibis during a trade fair. the hotel is not luxurious but offers clean rooms and an adequate breakfast. it is also well located. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it for the business traveller.

Very noisy, walls too thinn.

People smoking in the carpark and smoke drifting in to my room. Smoking place situated by the hotel entrancnce. Room walls very thinn don't keep the noises away at all. Carpark and breakfast not included in the price for a hotel room. Room doors very very heavy therefore get slammed badly regularly making it impossible to sleep at night.

Good location for everything .

A good hotel 30 minute walk from Hannover center , trams stop just outside hotel and cost 1.5 euro , so everything is easy to find . Plenty of places to visit and lots of great shops .
