When we signed up and paid for our room, it was supposed to include a nature view with a balcony, a fireplace and a Jacuzzi tub in the room. After we checked in and got to our room, there was no Jacuzzi tub and we had to pay extra for the tub, even though it was listed And pictures were available that showed the tub when I book the room my partner and I were booking the room specifically for the Jacuzzi tub, and I was disappointed that I had to pay extra on my birthday when I had already paid and was expecting a Jacuzzi tub in our bedroom

This property was fine enough. The front desk lady was kind of rude, but who cares. The room served its purpose and was the most affordable I could find in a 75 mile radius. No decent restaurant options nearby, so be prepared to either take food along with you to make in the kitchenette, or get ready for at least a 30 minute drive to/from dinner, each way.

I always have a wonderful time here. Was a bit crowded for Thanksgiving but was nice. The only issue i had was the front desk clerk wrote down and told me the wrong building and room number to go to. I would stick with the deluxe room over the premium room as they are larger and have more amenities.the newer buildings rooms are smaller with much smaller jacuzzi rooms.
