Very lovely hotel with tons of activities. I went paddle boarding, on jet-ski and listened to live music. The food was delicious on full board. The sea view is totally worth the price. The staff was all wonderful. The room ambiance is excellent, clean and had enough space. Overall this was an amazing place to stay.

This was my first visit to Hammamet, and ChatGPT suggested Hotel Sultan for me and my mother. After my father's passing, we needed a place to spend Eid and relax, and we were very happy with our stay. The hotel was clean and offered a variety of food options. The staff were the heart of the hotel; all of them were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Special mentions to Mondher, Bassem, Mounir, Mohamed, Mourad, Ali, Nina, Simo, and Haykel for their exceptional service. We felt at home, especially during the Eid BBQ and nightly entertainment with the piano player, magician, and artist. We never felt lonely here. My only wish is that the shuttle from the airport was truly free and included in the hotel price. Other than that, a big thank you, and your staff deserves a bonus!

This is my 4th time visiting this hotel. I have been here with my family, and the kids absolutely love the pool, the beach activities, and the games offered by the pool. I have been here for a girls weekend, and we enjoyed the beautiful beach and the different water activities. Hassine, the person in charge of the beach/water activities is the BEST! The food and drink is very tasty and the service is 10 out of 10. I recently came alone to spend a few days to recharge and relax. It was a wonderful stay. I will continue to return to this hotel.

To begin with, the hotel needs to realize that we are not in 1980's anymore. Everything was so old and deteriorated. The beach had no chaise long seats enough and it was far away from the good spots. the beach towels had to be reserved for a deposit amount which was silly. The AC in the room was not functioning even though we called the reception 3 times and no one showed up to fix it and we had to spend the night in an unpleasant way. For sure we are not coming back and certainly wont be recommending the hotel to anyone. It's sad really.

Lovely hotel, I'll come back.

I stayed in the hotel with my family with two nights. This was not my first stay in this property. I liked it the first time and decided to come back. It was as enjoyable as the last time except that the restaurant was very crowded. No blame because this was a school holidays week. Food is good an various. We didn't like that we were refused to take breakfast in the terrasse as it was entirely reserved for trainees.

I enjoyed the cleanliness and attention to detail by several employees. However I do think it may be a good idea to move the towel rack to a place so that it does not get soaked every time you turn on the shower. The staff were also able to help me with my requests and I deeply appreciate that!
