The house was great. Communication with owners was seamless. They even had some fruit and pastries upon arrival. Our daughter was graduating Miami and there were flowers and a balloon.

A must stay location for Spooky Nook

I looked at the write up a dozen times before booking because I couldn't imagine how it could possibly be that close. It's actually closer to the sports center than the warehouse hotel. It's literally a 2 minute walk from door to door. Now we use vrbo for everything as we always stay in vacation homes. This was absolutely the cleanest of any vacation home we have used. You know how when you stay at places you just don't look to close to corners of the bathroom and sometimes around the tub etc? Or you pick up a blanket and debate if it's as clean as it should be? Well here you won't feel that way actually you will debate if last priorities were as clean or if your own house is a mess. Worth every penny for a comfortable stay and the location is literally the best.Also don't know what happened but our 12 year old came to the living room got our a game and we played for hours as she had a late volleyball start. The board games were a great surprise!

Perfect location for games at Spooky Nook

My son and I went to an AAU basketball tournament at the Spooky Nook sports complex and rented this townhouse. It was newly renovated and had everything needed for an easy stay. There were plenty of nice towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner in bathrooms, plus the hosts added some nice snacks in the kitchen. The location was about as close as you can get to the sports complex. It is basically across the street from the parking lot, and the side pedestrian gate was open, so it took us 2 minutes to walk to the front door of the facility. Great hosts, great location and the price was comparable to a singe Marriott room, and we got 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths plus a living room and kitchen. Smart TVs with streaming apps and some live TV channels were a nice bonus. We will try to stay here again anytime we have games at Spooky Nook.

Perfect place if you are playing at Spooky Nook, 2 min walk through the side gate and to the door. Cleanest VRBO we've ever had. Fresh fruit in the fridge was a great touch. Kids loved the Xbox. Master BR mattress was pretty firm, but they have a foldable mattress in the closet if it's too firm. I will use this place again if we are in town. Owners were prompt in communication.

Best Host and Great Rental

Great host, very clean well stocked and adorable townhouse! Host even left us milk, OJ, coffee, cream, blueberries and muffins! What a nice thoughtful generous thing to do and it was so appreciated!! Would love to stay here again when in the area! A++++

Perfect for a weekend of Volleyball

We were in town for a club volleyball tournament. I just loved this space so much. It was super clean, so close to the volleyball facility, and we needed some help with a special circumstance and the property manager/owner completely accommodated us!! It was exactly what we needed! Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay. The townhouse was more than I expected. Everything that you could need wad there, including things I had forgotten to bring. The kids had a great time! Would definitely stay again. Only suggestion is a TV in master!
