Mattress needs to be replaced. I eat a lot of hotel breakfasts and this one was a little below average. Staff helped me get a roo on top floor due to the noisy crowd staying while I was there. Thanks to the nice woman who helped.

I don’t have a clue why this hotel is not 5 start. This hotel is excellent! The staff are friendly and awesome including the lady that work in the kitchen, she went above and beyond to give us an excellent breakfast and believe the breakfast was awesome. The room very clean with Dove products (that’s a plus for me) and spacious. The pool nice and clean, I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
There’s nothing to dislike about this place. It’s a good location to get dinner after a of traveling.

Highly disappointed. Hotel in need of face lift, badly. Bad plumbing, bad food/drink, and staff was mostly unapproachable or avoiding interactions with guests. But they seem to assume short skirts make up for it.

the bathroom was not very clean and i was unable to get on the internet at the business center. everything else was fine and the staff was polite.
The hotel was fine but walking into the room it was immediately apparent it needed updating. Just looked old, dim and blah. Also, there is hardly anything to eat nearby.
Easy to get in and out, friendly staff, free Wi-Fi. Overall a very good experience.
The carpet in our room was filthy--spotted, greasy, old, tattered. Housekeeping prep and clean up was barely minimal--the carpet was not vacuumed during our two-day stay. The so-called nonsmoking room stank heavily with cigarette smoke. On the bright side, the breakfast spread was quite good, and the food and drink staff member was excellent.
The hotel staff was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered greeted us and our dog with professionalism and friendliness. This location was perfect for a work event and since it was pet friendly, our little dog could travel with us! The rooms were clean, the pool was great and the breakfast in the morning was hot with lots of options. We plan to make this hotel our new place when visiting family nearby.
