Where do I even start? My kids and i were displaced from our home, and we are having troubles finding somewhere else to go. So that means for about a month now we have been staying at the Fairfield, OH TownePlace Suites. They have all gone above and beyond for us. Every single person I have been in contact with has been so pleasant to work with. Even the cleaning crew and maintenance that I have come in contact with. This is one of the hardest times in my 42 years of life, and they have made it so much better. We almost had to go to another hotel due to them being booked up. I won't mention which one, but it's in the same area. I went to check in and it was absolutely disgusting. TownePlace had some cancellations and got us in. I was so happy I cried. Honestly I could go on and on about how amazing all the staff is. And the place is so clean and well taken care of. I feel like my kids and I have hit the jackpot staying here during this rough time.
