This is more of a boarding house situation. Room was quiet enough but i don't think the place was full. It might be noisy if it was full as there are wooden floors in the shared kitchen area.

Good sized room, newly renovated (carpet, paint, locks) however -1 overnight and heatpump didnt heat the room. The bathroom has mould which has been painted over a few times. Windows with huge condensation.

Unless you are booking 3-4 rooms in this property, you will be sharing the bathroom, toilet, and kitchen with strangers. This should be clearly mentioned in the description.
