Located around the corner from Spooky Nook Sports and 1 block from Main Street, this late 1800's townhouse offers a unique living experience. It has been completely renovated, professionally designed, has custom artwork and original pieces, creating both a historic and contemporary place.

The first floor is an open plan with the living space and kitchen connecting to the central dining area. Laundry and a European style wet room are adjacent to the kitchen at the rear of the plan. Access to the back yard and covered porch, grilling area are from the kitchen. The bedrooms and 2nd full bathroom are on the second floor.

Guests will have access to the entire space excluding the basement.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Graduation Weekend

The pictures are spot on. It is just as clean and well decorated as listed. The whole space has been updated. We had a group of 6 and fit comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with clean and new cookware perfect to make vacation style meals. It has a decent counter space to serve. The space is comfortable and is one of the cleanest rentals we have had. Nice little outdoor space. The owner is wonderful and knows history of the area if interested and great restaurant recommendations.

The house is wonderful. Great updates and it is a beautiful home. The host was very prompt with any questions we asked. It was a very convenient location to spooky nook. When we are in the area again, this property will be my first choice.

Golf weekend with buddies

Cool townhouse that is right downtown hamilton, clean with new appliances and remodeled kitchen, bathrooms. Lisa is a great host. Thanks and would stay again, only drawback is on street parking on a pretty busy street.

Great Place/Location

We were in town for a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook. Lisa’s place was great! Located just 4 minutes away and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and coffee shop. The place itself was advertised and worked perfectly for our family of 5. Lisa was attentive and responded quickly to anything we needed!
