This place was amazing! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We opted for the full dinner and breakfast with a hot spring bath in the room. Everything was incredible. The hotel is a wonderful oasis in Hakone, very quiet and serene. The rooms are comfy, it has a toilet, shower and an onsen. Theres also a public onsen which is beautiful and the restaurant is in both the main building and the annex. Theres free drinks at certain times, you use the yukatas provided, so many amenities. Great stay
