We book our hotel in January and payed for it through booking We arrived in April first in the evening and they apologized that they moved us to a different hotel , we had to go and search for it move our luggage and try to find it alone No respect for reservations and no respect for foreigners Don’t go to this hotel , you may find yourself in the street

We stayed three nights in a twin room. Rooms are of a good size, beds comfortable and clean. Furniture a bit old as the wooden frame around the mirror gave way when opening the door. Window could be opened. Staff friendly, spoke English well and breakfast was varied and of a good quality. Parking spaces in the garage were wide so parking was no problem. A walk to the stairs leading to the Bahai Temple took about 15 minutes and within 10 minutes there were plenty of restaurants. Would stay here again.

The view is great (like all other hotels in the same neighborhood). Seems that it needs a touch-up. Most rooms are with a beautiful view to the harbor. Breakfast hall very small and tight, assortment of food is great, but most of the food is not high quality. Been at two nearby hotels during past year, and both of them outperform this one. Cleaning of the room was behind expectation. Mattresses and pillows very soft,, and wearied out, and look they really need an upgrade or replacement. Great location for transportation (several buses stop nearby), and also for walking and driving by car. Overall good, but not excellent ...

Perfect location and a beautiful view on Haifa and beyond if your business calls you in the north of Israel. As all great hotels, services are at the best and the people at the reception office are very helpful.

Wonderful room, the best view! The hotel is located in a 'good" erea up in the city hills, near the highest view of the Bahaï. Most friendly staff, Compliments to Michal, Valerie and the ever smiling bellboy, security guy. Breakfast wonderful . The only minus is the business lounge; could be updated to a more inviting or modern room.

This is most pleasant and reasonably priced hotel , in the center of The Carmel. The rooms are fine with great views and the breakfast was outstanding. Being able to park in the commercial center is a great advantage. We also had a tasty snack in the hotel lobby. Altogetjher a most satisctory experience

I stay in this hotel every time I am in Haifa, whether business or with my family. The rooms are excellent, spotlessly clean, the view is awesome, and they have lovely balconies where you can enjoy the Carmel winds. The location is fantastic, minutes walk from restaurants, shops, supermarket, a great park, an excellent synagogue, the underground train (Carmelit, when operational), and the Bahai Temple. The breakfast is amazing, among the best in Israeli hotels (which are well known for superb breakfasts). Everything works, wifi great. The staff is very friendly, nothing is too difficult, and stretch out to take care of special requests. All this for quite a reasonable price. See you again on my next trip!

The view from the dining room and all rooms facing the bay is terrific, one of a kind. Our upgraded room had a terrace which was simply fantastic, quite large and with the city in the palm of your hand. The room was quite large with a very comfy bed and high-quality furnishings. Tasty and rich breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff everywhere, from the guard at the entrance, to room service and certainly the top was the reception desk.

The hotel is of the highest standart. Qualities in all aspects. Room Qualities. Gym. Spa. Exellent service. A problem of parkink spaces. The food was frash and good. The service in dining room was exellent.

Good location, beautiful view from the dining room & some of the hotel rooms (not ours, we didn't feel like adding money to upgrade our cheaper room which had no view), nice & helpful staff, comfortable room. Only one thing: Be careful & hold on to something when you step out of the bathtub because there is a significant difference in height between the bathtub & the floor of the bathroom. I slipped & thought I was about to fall.
