The view from the dining room and all rooms facing the bay is terrific, one of a kind. Our upgraded room had a terrace which was simply fantastic, quite large and with the city in the palm of your hand. The room was quite large with a very comfy bed and high-quality furnishings. Tasty and rich breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff everywhere, from the guard at the entrance, to room service and certainly the top was the reception desk.

The hotel is of the highest standart. Qualities in all aspects. Room Qualities. Gym. Spa. Exellent service. A problem of parkink spaces. The food was frash and good. The service in dining room was exellent.

Good location, beautiful view from the dining room & some of the hotel rooms (not ours, we didn't feel like adding money to upgrade our cheaper room which had no view), nice & helpful staff, comfortable room. Only one thing: Be careful & hold on to something when you step out of the bathtub because there is a significant difference in height between the bathtub & the floor of the bathroom. I slipped & thought I was about to fall.

Hi The stay was very nice, good food and nice rooms but it was little small for 4 persons Unbelievable view!!! On Saturday the food was no more then okay The weather was amazing The hotel was well organized Great that they have parking although it was crowded The dinner on Thursday was at another hotel nearby

Friendly, professional and accommodating staff. Clean, comfortable room with a great view. Convenient location to downtown area and all the desirable sites. No problems at all. Would definitely stay there again if back in the country.

The hotel locates at a great location, and the room is very nice. However, the service is really bad. 1. When I checked in, the front desk couldn't figure out the breakfast price for IHG member, at the end they gave me a price. Then next morning, the staff at the breakfast gave me a totally different price. 2. When I was getting a drink during breakfast, the staff was chasing me and asked me to sign the bill right next the soda machine. Not sure the hurry, and why she could not put down the bill on the table. 3. When I went to front desk for check out, the lady was on the phone. No acknowledgement for me standing there. At first I thought she was on company phone. Then later found out she was on personal phone. Then next 60 seconds was very strange since she was yelling to the person on the phone, she was very angry and her hands were moving crazy, and I was standing there. Finally she hung up and did the check out for me. Absolutely very unprofessional.

It is pretty good hotel. Don't expect anything luxurous in the room, however it will be very clean and will have everything you need. Breakfast variety was above average, very nice lobby. I had one major complain about the room, at night all I could smell was a cigarette smoke smell which was coming throught the vents. Due to that reason I wanted to rate the hotel at 2 star rating, however my complaint was handled by the hotel management exceptionally well. Therefore, I am giving this hotel an overall 4 star rating. I am sure any complaints or problems you may have at this hotel will be resolved. I was happy with the way my feedback/complaint was handled! 5 stars for that for sure! The hotel is situated next to Bahai gardens, about 10 minutes walk. I am not sure if I would stay in that area again, there is nothing to see besides the gardens, Probably would stay next to german colony/quarter area next time.

This hotel had very small rooms. Not completely unexpected when traveling overseas, but for the price it was microscopic. The tub/shower requires almost a 20" step up to get in, making it hard to get in and very slippery to get out. Thehalf for on the shower and two shower heads caused water to pour out and soak the entire bathroom floor, so we couldn't reuse or towels because we needed them to sop up all the water. The flush valve on the toilet was having some kind of problem as well. When we checked in I was told priority elite breakfast was 70 NIS, but when we got the bill in the restaurant it was for 130 NIS. the person checking us in was not clear the "half price special fire reward members" was per person! Compared to everywhere else we've stayed in Israel (8 other hotels in 6 cities) the breakfast here was terrible, especially considering the cost. Regular price would be $37, for dried out powdered eggs, a few cheeses, some dried fruit, and dried out, stale pastries and bread. The smoked salmon was the only edible thing there. Shameful for the price of the hotel, and the price of the breakfast, compared to other hotels. The wifi was out the whole time we were there (2.5 days), so we had to use data the whole time. I would not recommend this place - there are other hotels for the same price in the same area.

Stay a few days, rooms and shower fantastic. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, coffee superb, Eggs to order. Great selection of veggies, fruits, sweets, breads. The smoke salmon was absolutely delicious. Front desk staff friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful big windows and views of the city and bay.

I stayed here for the fourth time on my current visit to Israel, and I continue to be thrilled with this hotel, probably my favorite in Israel. The place is immaculately clean, the furnishings are current and comfortable, the breakfast food is good, and the staff is very helpful overall. The views of the city and of Haifa Bay from the hotel are breathtaking. I had one bad service moment. I called down to the desk about wifi problems, and the man who took the call was rude and gave me false information. I was upset but spoke to the manager about the situation, and I am confident that she handled it. This is UTTERLY uncharacteristic of how the staff treat people, which is why I wanted the manager to know. Any place makes mistakes -- I measure them by how they handle them, and the manager did so very well. I love the place and will be back on my next trip.
