Come relax in this quiet, cozy cottage with tons of stylish upgrades. This 3 bed 2 bath home features a spacious living area that opens into the kitchen with a huge island that leads out onto a screened in porch. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, the home is also equipped with a queen size air mattress. The master suite is spacious with a master bath that has a soaker tub, tile shower, & dual vanities. A split floor plan makes for lots of privacy also. Guests enjoy a 30-acre lake and playground.

Beautiful home with wonderful property hosts!

I booked this home as a safe haven from Hurricane Helene as we live in a mobile home and the location was very close. The property manager was very friendly and helpful with all details of the seamless checkin process and responded to all inquires I had. The power was knocked out the first night of our stay, we decided to go home to assess damages to our property after the storm had passed and didn’t stay the additional night we had booked. This home was clean, comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. I will definitely stay again during another major storm as it was much cheaper and nicer than the hotel accommodations that are available in our area. If you need a lovely place to stay while in and near Valdosta, GA,VSU, or MAFB, this is convenient for all of those.

Besides cozy, this cottage is clean & comfortable

My husband and I attended an event at Moody AFB over the weekend. We invited another family member to join us at the Cozy Cottage. The house turned out to be a peaceful haven where we three seniors could retire to when things got a bit too lively!

Enjoyed our stay here. The home is very clean and the bedding is comfortable with soft sheets. Lots of extra touches to make you feel welcome. The neighborhood is exceptionally quiet. Would defineltly choose this home again.
