Morgan reached out to us the day before our scheduled arrival and, on learning that I had missed the VRBO email with instructions, immediately sent them for me. On our arrival, the property caretaker greeted us as we unloaded our car, and offered any assistance we might need. We didn't need her help, but appreciated the offer. The house was immaculately clean, with a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and shower amenities provided (body wash and shampoo). There was enough toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, etc., for our four-day stay. All of the beds were comfortable, and each bedroom has a dresser so we could unpack easily. There are three TVs in the house. The living room has plenty of seating, as does the dining room. The master suite has two showerheads! One of the other bathrooms has a tub & shower combo; the third is also the laundry room and has only a shower. All of them were as clean as the rest of the house. The property itself is located about half an hour from historic Savannah. It's far enough away to avoid the noise and traffic, but close enough for easy access. (We parked at the Visitor Center daily and used the Gray Line shuttle, since we'd done their tour.) The lot is beautiful, full of trees that would provide plenty of shade in summer. Both the front and back porches would be comfortable for sitting and chatting, reading, etc. Highly recommend!!
