Shops (bakery, supermarkets, weekly market) on foot or by car in a few minutes.
The tram stop can be reached in 5 minutes on foot (drive to Victory Monument / city center / Freiburg Cathedral 14 minutes). By bike you also need so long in the Freiburg city center.
A swimming pool (with a lawn) and sports / tennis courts are 200 meters as the crow flies. From the plot you can see directly the Black Forest (10 min walk). Wonderful walks / trails to Wildtaler and Lehener Eck; the Glottertal is about 6 km away and can be "hiked").
