My family and I have stayed a week at Sienna on the Coast during New Year's for at least 6 or 7 years. This was the first time to stay in this particular condo. It was by far our best experience. The entire residence was immaculately clean, and the attention to details throughout was exceptional, from electronic outlets to even white noise machines in bedrooms. Looking at and hoping to possibly stay again next New Year’s.

Everything was great with the apartment and the beach was beautiful. The traffic noise was the only disappointing thing. It was too loud to sit outside on the patio in the morning and drink my coffee.

Rooms were clean and spacious. View of beach and pool spectacular. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Only two negatives; 1) highway next to location VERY noisey, loud, and difficult have a conservation on the balcony, 2) cooking pots/pans need a drastic update made any cooling rather difficult.

Fun area. Condo was excellent. Master bedroom TV had problems. Weather, didn’t cooperate, but that’s not the owners fault. We love Sienna, never had a bad experience.

Property and location were both great. We had a great view of the ocean from the living room. We had 7 people but there was plenty of space in the living room and dining. Beautiful decor as well. Indoor pool was closed but the outdoor pool was available and gave nice ocean views as well.

Property very nice. Rooms were nice. Views were amazing. Couldn’t use indoor pool due to construction for multiple days. Wasn’t notified that construction was going to be taking place during our visit. Much loud noise for multiple days. Owners did refund part of our rental fee. Had we known prior to booking ,… we most likely would have stayed elsewhere. But they did comps us part of our stay which was nice. Overall,… nice stay visiting with family and nice resort. Would stay again in the future barring no construction. Only other drawback was that ,… front desk staff very unfriendly. Almost as if since we weren’t year round tenants,… we felt like we were treated as an inconvenience. Upon coming and going,… no smiles , no conversation, just not a welcoming reception like you would expect from a nice place.

Clean, updated home with all of the amenities. We were able to cook multiple meals easily. Gorgeous view from the balcony and living room. The pool was beautiful and convenient. The beach is gorgeous, but the water is murky and looks like a lake. The community is quiet and not overcrowded. The condo is one of the best we’ve stayed in.

The condo and property are amazing! This is our second stay in this condo and we’ve already booked for next summer. Clean, well maintained and cozy…we felt right at home. We ate every meal on the balcony, looking out at the Gulf and seeing dolphins each morning. Quiet and family friendly, but close to so many things. I can’t say enough good things.

The room was amazing!! Very clean! Everything worked! I loved having charging spots all over. It had everything we needed! Very large room!! That was nice! We were a family of six and it fit everyone. My only thing I I’ll say for others is that, the condo itself, was not very kid friendly by the pool. We went for a World Series and the boys couldn’t really play or do anything. So we ended up having to go to another pool after our beach day.

Great location and clean!

The condo is in great shape, comfortable beds and nicely updated. Safe location and easily accessible to major highways as we drove to other cities in the area. There is a security person at front desk at all times, gated parking lot, nice pool area, with infinity edge open to ocean. Owners were responsive with chat feature and had purchased new beach towels to ensure there were some there. Awesome little features such as large outlet plugins, nice large tv in family room, large in unit washer and dryer. The indoor pool and hot tub were not accessible due to being under maintenance. Overall, excellent! Only suggestions would be new family room furniture at some point soon as it’s a little worn with some seats sinking in. A laundry basket would be nice as well. But truly a 10/10 and would stay here again!

Indoor pool closed entire stay, they closed outdoor pool most of day for 2 days because chance of storms coming which didn't happen till late in day, wouldn't allow pool chairs to be unstacked so had to sit on cement for these 2 days. When my sister in law made a comment on this one of female staff said weren't you supposed to leave yesterday. She said no we are leaving Thursday. Other than that it was a very nice condo
