Located 1.5 miles west of The Hangout, The Beach Front 601 is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 baths, beach-side, centrally located, condo that offers a full, well-equipped kitchen, dining table that seats 4, stack washer/ dryer, Wi-Fi, and flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and the living area. With a queen bed in the master, two twins in the second BR, and a sleeper-sofa in the living area, this unit can sleep up to 6 guests. There is NO pool, but you are only a few steps from the beach. The condo is 650 in square footage.



The Space:

Enjoy our family-friendly, cool, beach front, 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo to relax between trips to the beach! Cook out at the shared charcoal BBQ grill or put the well-equipped kitchen to use. Our dining table can seat 4. With a queen bed in the master, two twins in the second BR, and a sleeper-sofa in the living area, this unit can sleep up to 6 guests. There is NO pool, but you are only a few steps from the beach. We offer a washer & dryer in the unit to keep the swimsuits and beach towels ready for the beach. Our condo is located on the first elevated level offering indirect beach views. There is no elevator so guests will be required to climb one flight of stairs. The Beach Front is a low-density complex with only 36 total units, so the beach area is never overly packed.



Guest Access:

There are picnic tables and a charcoal grill by the beach gazebo for use on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Assigned parking spots are underneath the building. There is enough space for 2 small cars or 1 long truck to park. Two parking passes are provided for your stay, please keep these displayed in your vehicles at all times! Do not park anywhere besides the designated spot for unit 601; do not block any driveway, other vehicle, or objects such as the dumpster or you will be towed!

The Beach Front is 1.5 miles west of the Hangout, near all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer.

The Beachfront condo is located on the first elevated level offering indirect beach views. There is NO elevator so guests will be required to climb one flight of stairs. And friendly note, there is NO pool.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

The Beach Front

Good location, nice beach area, unit a little outdated, and master bedroom small w/limited room to move. Overall we give it a 7. Functional but needs a little help.

I stayed at Beachfront Condominiums from July 28th through August 2nd, and I have to say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, there was a strong foul odor that never went away. The entire unit was filthy—dust caked onto the furniture, trash left under the beds, and old shampoo bottles still sitting in the shower from previous guests. Clearly, housekeeping is not a priority here.The kitchen was just as bad. The oven was disgusting, greasy pans were left in the cabinets, and even the hand soap felt like it had been watered down. Nothing felt clean or properly stocked. To their credit, management did come by after we raised our concerns and attempted to help clean. However, even after their efforts, the unit was still visibly dirty and far below any acceptable standard. While we appreciated the gesture, it felt more like a quick fix than a proper solution, and the overall condition of the condo remained disappointing. On top of everything, the listing was misleading—photos showed a pool, but there wasn’t one anywhere in sight. I also spoke with several other guests during our stay, and it was clear that our experience wasn’t unique; everyone I talked to had similar complaints about the cleanliness and misrepresentation. It’s unfortunate because the location itself is great, but the lack of cleanliness, false advertising, and poor attention to detail completely ruined the experience. I would never recommend staying here to anyone.
