Se encuentra a poca distancia del acceso a la playa pública y a solo 2 millas de The Hangout. Esta unidad de 4 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños cuenta con 2 maestros con baño privado y una sala para niños configurada para que traigan su sistema de juego. La sala principal está amueblada con muebles de cuero y un nuevo televisor de 50 ". Perfecto para 2 familias para compartir esta parte tranquila de la playa. Cocina completa y lavadero. Muebles de exterior para que pueda sentarse en los balcones para observar el agua y relajarse.

La piscina / jacuzzi son compartidos por 8 unidades. Esta es una unidad final por lo que es tranquila.

Good value

Pros: Very convenient to the bay. Fishing was excellent. Pool was good. The house was comfortable with lots of storage. The property managers responded rapidly. Cons: The appliances were shabby. The freezer door handle came off several times. When we arrived there were dirty dishes in the cabinets. Later experience suggested that was due to the dishwasher not cleaning well. Other: It is a two block walk to the beach. There is limited free parking closer. For adults the walk is fine but with little ones it’s far. The beach was excellent near the house.

Excellent Accommodations and Super Convenient

This beach house was a great place to stay. We enjoyed the comfort of being away from the busyness of the main strip in gulf shores without being too far away to be able to join in on the fun.It was relaxing and peaceful. It offered us privacy and space for our littles to run around and enjoy being free and making noise. The fishing dock kept my 8 year old and my husband along with my nephew busy pretty much the entire weekend. The bedrooms were HUGE. The bathrooms were nice and accommodating for a party of 12 people. Their size was better than expected. The bedroom with the bunk bed and extra twin area is more like a commons area, but for our kids, it was great. It was actually better than them being in a true bedroom because they were easier to access by my sister and I (we stayed upstairs with our families) should they have needed something. The master suite at the bottom allowed my parents a nice space to relax and unwind with the privacy of their own ensuite bathroom. I was thoroughly impressed. This is a great little beach house tucked away just far enough off of the main strip for some relaxation, renewal, and family time but just close enough to join the fun on the main strip.The walk to the beach is not bad at all. I actually preferred this to being directly on the beach for the fear of waking up to random people camping out in front of the beach house LOL. I will definitely book again for our future beach adventures. 1000/10 recommend this place!!!

Beautiful place! Short walks to the beach, dock on the bay side was really neat. The kids loved the pool and it was so great having it right outside the place. Enough room for everyone! We would stay again. Very easy check-in/out and efficient communication.

Lovely location

Family vacation

Our family had an amazing time at the this rental property! The heated pool was a hit with everyone, providing hours of fun and relaxation. The views of the lagoon and beach were beautiful. Snowbird Month

Perfect place for a group stay. We booked this home for the month of February with a group of friends. Loved the location, quiet yet still close to everything in Gulf Shores. One in our group worked remotely while there, the upstairs master suite was large enough for her to work and quiet. The owners were wonderful to deal with. The home perfect and loved the large rooms, location and amenities we would definitely stay here again.

Lagoon home

There were ten of us and we really loved this location and the layout of the house. The lagoon was fun for the grandsons to go fishing and of course the beach is always great. Nice pool as well. We’d recommend it!

Great Location and Easy Beach Access

This location is great if your looking for a beach access close to home without the hassle of paying parking. We actually walked 8 mins to the closest beach access and it was worth it. We got our steps in and didnt have to pay for parking. I will say we were a big family with kids. The listing does say it is a 4 bedroom but it is actually 3 bedroom with an (4)open space with bunk beds. So no privacy for that room. Washer and dryer are also located in that open space which is not bad just have to walk through room to have access to the washer and dryer. Again not a deal breaker. We managed. Also, on our 2nd day one of the chairs in the living room was broken. My niece was trying to get her shoe from under the chair when the chair collapsed.looks like the chair was just propped on the 4th leg. No one was hurt and i was able to inform host that the chair had been broken prior to our stay. She was quick to respond and always messaged back within minutes. I would recommend this house who wanting something close to the beach. Kids also had fun in the shared pool.

Great for family getaway

Great place

This was a great place. The main area had lots of room to socialize and watch football on the huge TV. The bedrooms were big too. It was a short walk to the beach and there are paved paths to get there. We are going to book again during the summer.

Great location, spacious.

This is a very large unit and great for multiple families. Lots of room to spread out. Great pool, small hot tub and kids pool on site and a dock to walk down and catch blue crabs (chicken nuggets work well). The location is close to town and only a 5 minute walk from the beach! VERY quiet at night and very relaxing. Our only critique would be to update some of the appliances (dishwasher and dryer struggled a bit). For how nice a unit this is, a few updates and this would be a 5 star immaculate place to be . Also, having a vacuum for guests would be very nice to help us keep the unit clean during the stay, as you will track sand, since your at the beach. All in all though, we can overlook some of the quirks since the location was so great and the unit was so big.

Beautiful Property

The house was gorgeous, the view was fantastic, the pool was steps away and it was a super short, safe walk to the beach! There was enough room for 6 adults and 3 kids to not feel cramped and on top of each other. The walk to the beach was easy and we felt safe walking with 4yrs, 8yrs and 9yrs old children. The owner is very nice and responds immediately to messages. We enjoyed the weekend so much, we asked if we could stay one more night, and she responded within 10 minutes to let us know that it was okay. One of the best family vacations we have had. I recommend booking this house for a larger family with a vacation budget. This house is as beautiful inside as it is outside. We also had a great time getting to know the neighbors!

Wonderful

We had a great stay in this home. We loved the lagoon views and short walk to the beach. The layout is perfect for large families with a very nice master suite on the main level and spacious rooms throughout. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

First Beach House Rental

This was our first time renting a beach house, the process and the communication with the home owner was excellent. The space was perfect for our family, location was perfect, not too long of a walk to the beach and having pool access was great too. We had a great beach vacation experience.

Cleanliness

The house is in a good location, short walk to the beach, a very quiet place, BUT the cleanliness of the house is poor, coffee maker looks like it was never cleaned before, floor mats not cleaned, was trash in the drawers and sand from the previous guest in the bathrooms and rooms floors, the fridge does not cooled enough

Wonderful Stay!

This was our first time renting a house, in the past my family has stayed in condos. We are a large group, 7 adults and 5 children ages ranging 3-14. This house is beautiful! Marcia and the property has set the standard for all our house rental expectations going forward. The house is away from the noise of the main road. The pier and lagoon is great to walk and visit early morning and at dusk. The beach took us about 10 minutes to walk to, super easy walk even with a very tired toddler. Our parents always found easy parking right next to the public access beach we went to each day. Marcia was very quick to respond and address any questions we had. That really made us feel even more welcome and valued at the house. The pool was used by the kids each day and was great to have because it did rain a LOT while we were there and the beach had purple flags all week and a day of red flag. We will definitely be staying in the future.

Nice Place

Owner was very quick to respond to questions. Dock in the back was awesome for adults and kids. Not a short walk to the beach, but not too far. The beach had plenty of room due to the fact that there aren't any high rise condos there. Overall, very pleased.

Great Time

We had a great time with our family staying here. The owner was quick to respond with help when we needed it. The property was well maintained and the owner let us know when repairs or activities were occurring that might affect our stay. The only downside was something the owner had no control over, the renters (two separate parties) on the other side of our condo, kept blocking our side of the drive making it hard to get in and out, and taking over the single table and bbq area. It was easily resolved with a few conversations with our neighbors though. Overall a great stay.

One Less Star for One Less Room

Please read the description. Something I guess I didn't analyze as much as I should have. This is a THREE BEDROOM townhouse, not four. The "fourth" bedroom is a space at the top of the steps with a bunk bed in it. Which might be ok for some guests. We had our 3 year old and were planning on putting her in that "room". But with it being completely open to the stairs we had to make other arrangements. Also, when we moved the dresser to try and block the steps you could tell the maid didn't clean under there. There was dust and trash under it and the beds in that loft area. Not a deal breaker. The upstairs bed (bay side) was super comfortable though! We LIVED the location. A bit of a hike to the beach but it was fine. The drive to the main beach wasn't bad either. I liked that it was far away but close enough to everything. The property owner was great to work with a very responsive. We'd come back if it were a 4 bedroom! :)
