BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 vehicles max. No passes required. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Very disappointing, and we have stayed in these same cottages several times and always had a great experience. Upon arrival it was clear our unit had not been completely cleaned. Urine all over both master bathroom toilets. I spent 40 minutes on the phone trying to prove to them the unit had not been cleaned and then they proceeded to blame us for the unclean bathroom. Finally, a supervisor was sent to inspect, she then agreed with us the units bathroom and kitchen had not been cleaned. They did send someone to clean and we were promised gift cards for a restaurant. We never received the gift cards and no one ever followed up to see if the unit had been cleaned. Also, ice maker was not working. We understand that things happen, but very disappointed on how we were treated.

Blue Crab - a little tired.

Home was overall as pictured. Storage for bikes and chairs was great. Loved the pier and pool was nicely kept. Linens (towels, sheets) were like new. Chairs and sofa in living room were very worn and uncomfortable. Area rugs in living room and bedrooms were very, very dirty and we pulled them up in order to not use. Several maintenance issues - Ice maker didn’t work, we replaced light bulbs in the microwave for the surface light to work. Master bedroom right side sink drain was plugged. We had to purchase a full sized broom as one wasn’t in the unit.

Perfect get away

Location was perfect for us, very quiet area. Responded to an email about an issue right away, I expected at least 24 hours. Only complaint I have is that we would have loved the pool the be heated in the winter months. We tried but far too cold. We would definitely rent this property again.

My mom and I loved the property and the location! You can’t beat the view of the sunset from the dock on the Lagoon. The walk to the beach is an easy 3-4 min walk. The ONLY reason I gave it a 4 star rating is because I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness upon arriving. Things were broken, lightbulbs didn’t work, the ice machine didn’t work, but all around it’s nice place other than those minor inconveniences.

Spring break

Great trip to Gulf Shores with teens. My son loved the fishing just steps away from out place. The girls loved the pool and the beach. Great location that made everyone happy.
