This one-story open floor plan three-bedroom, 2 bath beach house offers over 2,000 square feet of living space and a screened-in back porch with a view of Bon Secour refuge.

You’ll find a spacious living room, dining room, and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large screened back porch with outdoor seating and with view of Bon Secour refuge.

The master suite has a large master bath with a garden tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower, a double vanity, and a separate commode room. Other features include 12-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas. Dual standard coffee maker & Keurig, 2 adult bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrellas. This beautiful home also comes with two chairs and one umbrella for season start 3/1/26-10/31/26. The unit was beautiful and we enjoyed very much! We had a problem initially getting in the door for check in. I’m not sure if we just didn’t know to turn the bolt to open the door. So we had to wait 30 minutes to get it at first. Maybe more clear instructions about the front door lock! Overall super cost and comfortable! Loved the Golf cart!

We were pleasantly surprised with the decor, beds, too light on towels for a week, we had 2 large towel for the master bathroom, kitchen very clean & plenty of dishes to prepare meals & store leftovers. Need to upgrade from dish TV there were outages during high winds a few nights. Roku is great! Loved the golf cart & pet friendly. We would book again.
