Great place to enjoy family and friends

The house is spacious and comfortable for a large group. Location is great, the only negatives were the tv would not connect to the internet. We were not there for tv so that is ok with us. We did have an issue with a toulet that kept running but they had someone some out several times to fix.

DeBeach ReviewIm writing this review with information that I would like to know before booking:Enter the ground floor and immediately go upstairs. 2nd floor is the main floor with a bedroom with a king bed and an attached full bath. Living room, which is a very nice size has a large comfortable sectional and two comfy swivel chairs. The balcony overlooks the lagoon which is beautiful all day! Our kids caught a ton of hermit crabs in the lagoon. To the right is the pier and is a very close walking distance. The boys fished off of it several times. They even caught two blue crabs! To the left is where you walk to the beach. Not a long walk but long enough to where you’d want to bring a wagon. However, it would be a very nice feature for the rental to provide a beach wagon. Perhaps build a small storage area downstairs with a beach wagon, chairs and some beach toys. That was a huge benefit to us at one of the other beach houses we rented a few years ago….if you’re able. Back to the balcony….absolutely love the big bar chairs and table, as well as the large eating table out there. So nice for those cooler summer evenings which we had two of those during our stay. The kitchen is plenty big! All of the necessary cookware and kitchenware is provided. The bar seats 3 people and they have an extra long table that seats 10. Perfect for our party of 11. The 3rd floor has the other three bedrooms. All with full baths! A room with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom and th

Gulf shores getaway

We loved this home! It was a nice quiet location, close to the beach and hustle and bustle. Close to many restaurants, shops, bars, etc. we enjoyed the pool and plenty of space to spread out!

High school soccer trip

Great location, I love being on Little Lagoon. It was great being able to sit on the deck and look out at the water. The little beach on Little Lagoon is very convenient or it’s just a short walk across the street or under the bridge to the beach on the Gulf side. We had a team meal at the house and there was plenty of room for everyone to eat then hit the beach. The tv was the only issue. We called the property manager and they sent someone over quickly. The TV service just isn’t very user friendly.

Great place-great time!

Property is exactly as described. We had lots of space for a family of 8. Location was perfect. Enjoyed watching the grandkids playing in the water, trying to catch crabs, and looking for that perfect shell. You do need to watch out for jellyfish. ⭐️

Thanksgiving at the beach

Three generations of family met in Gulf Shores for Thanksgiving. Beach was easy walk, pool was warm, house was clean with plenty of room to relax, kitchen had more than we anticipated and grill was appreciated. Management responded when we had questions.

Over all this property is beautiful property. It was in a good location, it’s was close to everything. The property was cleaned but all the toilets need more attention. The seats and behind the seats needed cleaning. Also it was mold in one of the toilet where the water came out at.

Great Vacation Place

The Pass Time Cottage is conveniently located by the inlet and beach. Great location for local dining and shopping. Beach is easy to get to and house was great with excellent porch view of the bay. The entire family enjoyed the property and location.

Awesome Location!

We loved this house! Perfect location to the bay and the beach. Very short walk to the beach across the street. And that side of the beach wasn't crowded at all, which was perfect for the kids playing and me relaxing! House was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. House was lacking in kitchen supplies, but we made due. We enjoyed ourselves and will return!

Perfect Location - accessible by bay or ocean

Perfect property for 3 generation families. Large bedroom with bathroom on the 1st floor. Gorgeous decorating. Excellent walking paths right outside the door and easy walk to the beach. Was concerned about "community" pool, but it was perfect and the tenants in the other properties were thoughtful and enjoyable. Had a few plumbing problems upon arrival that were not addressed by prior tenants and clearly something they did, but property management addressed quickly enough. It was our first time in AL and it did not disappoint!

Great location, Bad Property Management

Upon our arrival, the house clearly reeked of smoke. We contacted the Property Management group and they attempted to set air purifiers but it didn’t work and left a gift card to Tacky Jacks. After we continued to complain into day 2, the Manager Kelly gave me a call and after she accused me of lying after she supposedly went to the property and felt that it didn’t smell of smoke. Needless to say, we will never use Harris Property Management to book our home.

Met expectations!

The property was awesome! Really nice. Great location! Quite. Easy access. Master bed is VERY soft. Minor blemishes…freezer drawer didn’t work well, screen door had ripped screen. I’d recommend providing more dish towels. Overall we really liked it and would rent it again.

Had a wonderful stay at Pass Time. Exceeded our expectations. Great location to enjoy gulf surf and little lagoon tranquility just steps from each. Property had everything we needed: outdoor shower, kitchen basics, plenty of room inside and out. Management company was great with communication via text and email.

Manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had about the property. Before arrival, The email clearly states helpful items to bring or purchase for your stay(soap, laundry soap) the pool area was used by our kids everyday. The kids and our family party had a blast and conveniently could walk back and forth between the condos we stayed in within the area. The beds were SO AMAZING to sleep on!

Our Pass Time

Overall it was pretty good. The place was really nice. Couldn’t get in for a while as no one emailed or sent the door code . When I called the number they had trouble finding the code, so maintenance had to let us in. Other than this and the mosquitos ( quite a lot of them) it was rather pleasant. We were told that water moccasins were present ,as the grass near the pier was very high. Fortunately we didn’t see any!
