Avalon Tower Knee Wall Replacement: An important project will be underway Fall 2025 – all Knee Walls will be replaced beginning September 9, 2025 and is expected to be completed by end of March 2026. During this project, there will be no handicap parking spaces available at Avalon. Specific balconies may be out of commission for some periods of time during the project. Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Work on Saturdays will only occur with express permission, typically if weather delays require adjustment. Expect noise as well as debris and potentially redirected paths at the Avalon Tower. Pools will remain open during construction. Work will pause for Thanksgiving week (November 21-30). Work will resume December 1
The Beach Club Avalon 409 is a luxury two bedroom condo with 2 and 1/2 baths, a King bed master bedroom, 1 full and 1 Twin bunk in the second bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The Beach Club is a family oriented Southern Style upscale resort. This condo is located on the 4th floor right on the beach with a spectacular view of the sugar white sand, the waves and the Gulf of Mexico. Both the living room and master bedroom have sliding doors that lead to a large furnished balcony overlooking the pools and promenade in addition to the beach. Recent upgrades include matching granite counter tops in the kitchen and all bathrooms along with large floor tile the living room.
Each bedroom also has its own private adjoining bath. Plus, the hallway bath is very convenient for all. Bedding and bath linen is provided along with amenities intended to get you through the first day.
Whether you choose to dine-in or out, you will enjoy the full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishes. Just bring your food, drinks, and paper goods and dine at the table with six chairs. In the kitchen pantry is a combo washer/dryer. The beautiful Avalon pool is located at the foot of the tower and has a wading pool and a jacuzzi. A convenient boardwalk leads to the beach and has showers. Beach chair/umbrella set-ups and other beach activities such as para-sailing are provide by a rental service. A casual fine dining restaurant and bar is located upstairs over the Clubhouse with a great view! None other compares with the food and view in the area! Shopping and a salon are on site, too! You will have access to the pool and hot tubs at the foot of the tower and may patron the shops in the Clubhouse and at the front of the resort.
Since the owner is a member of The Club, you will have access to the private amenities as well with a daily fee, payable at The Club Desk in person for the days you choose for about $40.00 per day for the entire family. These private amenities include an indoor heated pool, large community pool with a hot tub, poolside entertainment, Tiki Bar and Grill, fitness center, game room, tennis courts and much more! Beach Loungers are available for rent at the Clubhouse desk. Many items are seasonal, however, you will notice our pricing reflects the season as well.
