Very helpful staff!

When we got to the hotel, they couldn’t find my reservation. I had actually booked the wrong day! But they were super nice and gave us a room anyway just like we had requested. It helped us out a ton. The room was fine, the beds were comfortable, the air was cold, shower was hot and clean. Tv worked well. Had a small fridge and a little dated microwave, but we didn’t use either. The only negative was there was a spot on the wall that looked like something had been built in and then moved and it was a little dirty with small footprints (obviously a child) had kicked off the wall onto the bed. Besides that we were very happy with the price we paid for the stay we got.

This is a tough review to write as I can tell that the management is striving to provide enjoyable and welcoming accommodations. However I am being as honest as possible. I understood that for the rate I paid ($47.16 out the door) it was not going to be the Ritz… The room that I got was bright and colorful, then a hard stop! The room had extremely limited toiletries (no soap), towels were onion skin thin, and some pillow cases were pretty yellow from use. The room seemed clean, as was the refrigerator, another hard stop. The toilet was disgusting as verified by the attached pictures. The TV setup provided NO instructions on how to make it work given the multiple remotes. IMHO this hotel has the beach vibe where families come and don’t care about anything (party time). If you’re a business traveler I urge you to reconsider. Some other details that could improve the appearance include changing the light switches and cover plates, as they have seen better days. Straighten out the bottom of the door and close the 1/4 inch gap or install a new door. The pool was very nice and is handicap accessible. The hotel has a 99 score from the health department but I think that deals with food handling. The majority of my reviews are pretty positive even under less than optimal conditions but this one is different… At check out the next day it took three (3) different people to print a receipt, which when reviewed after I left was blank… In closing the property has unlimited potential but...

Stayed at the “hotel” for 2 nights in early Aug 2025. Initially we were allocated unit 203. On entering the unit noticed around 20 flies on the curtains. Spent some time hunting them down. After departing and returning a few hours later, even more flies were prominent. Asked for a different room, which we were given. The rooms are filthy, doors have dirt inside and the two rooms we were in had a strong musty smell. Cannot recommend this hotel.

Very limited food or options at free breakfast. Stayed 3 days never saw that pool was open asked management and was told pool guy put chemicals in it and it would be open in an hour never was opened. I know you’ve got the beach close by but sometimes you just want to swim and cool off. Got clean towels each day only emptied trash once. Was an ok choice since most of time was spent not in the room.

Rooms smelled like smoke, sink was falling off the underside of the counter, continuously had to have the keys reprogrammed, toilet seal was broken so the toilet rocked, AC was inefficient so it was hot in the room regardless of temperature setting on the thermostat, had to listen to people running up and down the halls all night. Not at all what I would expect for the prices they were charging (over $200 per night)

I paid for the room twice, but the young man that checked me in was very nice and pleasant. Afterwards, it was poor service and conditions. The room had a musty smell, the linen was dirty, I went to Walmart and purchased linen. The shower water did not flow. The property needs a upgrade and cleaning. At 10am there was a knock at the door saying check out was at 11am. I thought that was very rude since I had another hour before check out. Would never stay there again.

This reservation was for my employee. He had to leave and check into another hotel because the room/hotel condition was so bad, he did not feel safe. There was a stain of a bloody hand print on a chair in his room, with blood still in the crease of the material. The bathroom mirror was cracked and the vanity had a poor repair. It appeared that something bad happened here and the hotel must not realize how bad the image is that they present to guests. Not acceptable at all.
