Amazing employees. The ladies at the front desk are so sweet. I had my service dog with me and the employee took us in as if we were family. This is the first hotel that my wife and kids actuslly hung out in the lobby to watch tv and just relax. Above and beyond service!!

The bed was so high I could not get into it without help. Desk clerk was no help said they did have step ladders but no more Breakfast was poor although lady setting it up was very nice. Always stayed there when in Foley but will never stay there again.

Very nice rooms, clean and up kept. Quiet place to stay in despite the fact that for whatever reason is full at students at this time, it was very quiet and was able to get good rest. Beds are amazing!
Nice hotel near Foley Sports Tourism Complex, easy access to many restaurants and large outlet mall.
Food left in room and hair in bathroom but the bed was comfortable and the staff very friendly

When we arrived the trash container at the main entrance was full and trash was overflowing...not a very expressive arrival for guest to check in.
The staff made us feel extremely welcome to be there and gave us excellent recommendations for places to dine. Also the continental breakfast was excellent.
The receptionist wasn't to friendly at check in time. Upon leaving my husband requested to obtain a carton of milk because he is diabetic and needed to take his medication. The staff member told him no and locked the doors to the dining room. He couldn't even get a cup of coffee.
Everything thing was top notch, from the room to the staff and even the breakfast.
