Eggs had water in the bottom of the pan. My bed sheets were not clean. The pool is not heated and the hot tub only had 2 working jets. And you have to pay $100 at check in for “incidentals” that will be refunded after u checkout, they said.

The thing that stood out the most was the customer service that LaTonya delivered. We had traveled all day and got to the hotel before checkin. The room wasn’t ready. LaTonya put in a request that our room be cleaned. We went to get something to eat and she called about 30 min later to say our room was ready. The room was very clean and we were able to rest.

the bed was too high off the floor! i do love my bed to be high but this was just too much! i am short and i have a condition where i must get up several times during the night . i had to jump onto the bed and almost fell off several times also while i was out someone went into my medications and a few oxycodone pain pills were missing and in addition my discovery card disappeared. i cancelled it as soon as i discovered that it was missing . the missing medication was discovered after i got home and I was putting my medications back in my medicine box

Breakfast was typical. Staff was endearing. Hotel was clean, but had plumbing issues. We were out of water for long periods of time over the 3 days we were there. Not good, although the folks were super nice they did not gives us a credit or anything for our inconveniences. Oh well.
